★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que experiencia horrível, fui encomendar um bolo para pagar no credito, pedem um pix antecipado, quando encomenda de outra forma vivem cancelando sem justificar o porque do cancelamento! nem no site e nem no aplicativo mostram as formas de pagamento e cartões aceitos.
Isso que estamos falando de uma marca que o Kg do bolo sem açucar é 72 reais ??
What a horrible experience, I went to order a cake to pay with credit, they ask for a pix in advance, when you order otherwise they keep canceling without justifying the reason for the cancellation! neither on the website nor on the app show the forms of payment and accepted cards.
This is what we are talking about for a brand that the Kg of the cake without sugar is 72 reais ??

Não tinha o número de vela que eu precisava, mas consegui localizar em uma loja próxima.
Também entregam pelo ifood.

Na data de hoje, dia 02/05/22 encomendei um bolo e uns docinhos para serem entregues na creche que meu filho estuda, para comemorar seu aniversário. A entrega havia sido combinada as 15hs porém, as 15:40 entrei em contato via telefone e me informaram ainda estavam fazendo o pedido, ou seja, não houve a festinha na escola, pois não tinha bolo, que é o símbolo do aniversário. Muita falta de comprimento e respeito com o cliente.
My first experience with this establishment was terrible! On today's date, 05/02/22, I ordered a cake and some sweets to be delivered to my son's daycare center to celebrate his birthday. Delivery had been arranged at 3 pm, however, at 3:40 pm I got in touch via phone and they told me they were still making the order, that is, there was no party at school, because there was no cake, which is the symbol of the birthday. A lot of lack of length and respect for the customer.
