Os criminosos, após terem acesso aos dados pessoais através de fontes ilícitas, fazem contato em nome da Sodiê para realizar a entrega de um “presente”, informando que há necessidade do pagamento de uma taxa de entrega. Ao realizar o pagamento pelo cartão o golpe é concluído, pois o valor inserido é maior do que o visualizado no visor da máquina. Portanto, a SODIÊ alerta que não cobra taxas adicionais no ato da entrega. Todo e qualquer valor a ser pago é preestabelecido no ato da compra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui uma vez em Janeiro, comi um bolo super seco, fui super mal tratada mas mesmo assim relevei e não reclamei, hoje fui novamente.. PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO, se não quer trabalhar tem varias pessoas que precisam de um trabalho e querem trabalhar.. super descaso com o cliente.. fui comprar pq realmente era uma urgência.. fora o ABSURDO do preço do bolo cheio de chantilly e nem parcelam o valor para caber no bolso.. péssimo não recomendo e não volto.
 I went there once in January, I ate a super dry cake, I was treated very badly but I still didn't complain, today I went again.. TERRIBLE SERVICE, if you don't want to work, there are several people who need a job and want to work.. super negligence with the customer.. I went to buy because it was really an emergency.. apart from the absurdity of the price of the cake full of whipped cream and they don't even split the value to fit in the pocket.. terrible I don't recommend it and I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após o atraso do meu pedido liguei para a loja para entender o que estava acontecendo e a atendente me disse que estavam esperando a chegada do motoboy. Eu falai que aguardaria mais 10min e no caso contrário cancelaria meu pedido.
Como combinado passaram se os 10min e cancelei meu pedido!
A loja ignorou meu cencelamento pelo Ifood e enviou o motoboy (devido ao atraso).
Quando o motoboy chegou na minha casa pedi desculpas (pq sei que ele não teve nada com essa situacao) e recusei o pedido. Liguei novamente e a atendente Nicole disse q iria tentar ajudar e ao fundo da ligação uma voz masculina ainda teve o desprazer de dizer qie Sodie não é Habib's!!! Quanto desmerecimento pra uma rede que tenho certeza que tem mais mais entregas do que vocês! Mais tenho conciencia que foi uma infelicidade.
After the delay of my order I called the store to understand what was happening and the attendant told me that they were waiting for the motoboy to arrive. I said I would wait another 10 minutes and if not, I would cancel my order.
As agreed, 10 minutes passed and I canceled my order!
The store ignored my Ifood cancellation and sent the motoboy (due to the delay).
When the motoboy arrived at my house I apologized (because I know he had nothing to do with this situation) and refused the request. I called again and the attendant Nicole said she would try to help and in the background of the call a male voice still had the displeasure to say that Sodie is not Habib's!!! How unworthy of a network that I'm sure has more deliveries than you! But I am aware that it was unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro os bolos sempre fresquinho,atentendes simpáticas,amo a Banoffe só tenho uma reclamação cada vez que como aí fico com vontade de experimentar todos os sabores kkk.
I love the always fresh cakes, the friendly service, I love Banoffe I only have one complaint every time I eat there I feel like trying all the flavors kkk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horroroso. Funcionárias nada simpáticas, não demonstram o mínimo de simpatia e vontade de apresentar os sabores disponíveis e deixar o cliente satisfeito.
Dou 2 estrelas pelo sabor, que é ótimo, mas isso é pela franquia. Já o atendimento merece 0 estrelas.
Horrible service. Unfriendly employees, they do not show the slightest sympathy and desire to present the flavors available and leave the customer satisfied.
I give it 2 stars for the taste, which is great, but that's for the franchise. The service deserves 0 stars.

Além de não sustentável não condiz com o padrão sodiê, é vergonhoso. Só faltou o pratinho de papel de festa de criança.
Yummy cakes, I once ate a cake that was just old and dry....but offering a ridiculous plastic fork....
In addition to not being sustainable, it doesn't match the sodiê standard, it's shameful. The only thing missing was the children's party paper plate.

De 2 ANOS ANIVERSÁRIO DE UMA CRIANÇA DE 2 ANOS E ELES SIMPLESMENTE NÃO ENTREGARAM O PEDIDO O MOTOBOY FINALIZOU A ENTREGA SEM AO MENOS ENTRAR EM CONTATO COM MINHA IRMA E ENTREGAR O PEDIDO A FESTA ESTAVA PRONTA TUDO ARRUMADO PARA BATER O PARABÉNS SO QUE NAO TEVE PARABÉNS POIS O BOLO E OS SALGADOS E OS DOCES QUE FORAM EMCOMENDADOS NAO CHEGARAM INADIMISSIVEL FAZER ISSO SENDO QUE ESTAVA ATE PAGO ESTRAGARAM A FESTA DO MEU SOBRINHO A FESTA TEVE QUE SER CANCELADA ESSE DESCASO NÃO VAI FICAR POR ISSO MESMO POIS HIJE É DOMINGO TUDO FECHA CEDO NÃO TIVE NEM AOMDE COMPRAR OUTROS DOCES,SALGADOS,BOLO DEPLORÁVEL ATITUDE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de sair da soldie e venho aqui relatar meu atendimento que foi nota 1000 não tinha o bolo ao qual eu estava desejando já era a terceira que eu ia e a moça muito atenciosa me perguntou a senhora quer que eu monte um? E mesmo só querendo uma fatia levei uma metade pela atenção e carinho prestado para comigo.
Infelizmente não perguntei o nome da moça mas declaro aqui todo meu carinho e parabenizando a unidade como um todo está uma delícia…
I just got out of soldie and I come here to report my service that was grade 1000 I didn't have the cake I was wanting it was already the third one I went and the very attentive lady asked me do you want me to assemble one? And even though I only wanted a slice, I took half for the attention and affection given to me.
Unfortunately I didn't ask the girl's name but I declare all my affection here and congratulating the unit as a whole it's a delight...
