★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei dois pedaços de bolo dia 08/09/2020 pareciam bonitos, mas ao chegar em casa e comer estavam secos, recheios fora do padrão da Sodiê, parecendo bolo comum e nem eram da promoção do mês. Minha esposa e eu gostamos da empresa, mas ficamos muito insatisfeitos com esses pedaços que comprei na Loja Jandira totalmente sem a qualidade da Sodiê.
 I bought two pieces of cake on 08/09/2020 they looked beautiful, but when I got home and ate they were dry, fillings outside the standard of Sodie, looking like ordinary cake and were not even part of the month's promotion. My wife and I liked the company, but we were very dissatisfied with these pieces that I bought at Loja Jandira totally without the quality of Sodiê.

Mas hoje me ocorreu uma situação desagradável nessa unidade, quando um homem alto, pardo e de óculos me "atendeu", eu me senti desrespeitada com a forma em que ele me tratou no momento em que eu informei que o meu pagamento seria através do cartão (vale alimentação), ele me disse que eles não aceitam e "não existe cadastro desse tipo de cartão na maquininha dessa unidade", sendo que sou residente da região e já comprei e paguei desta forma em outros momentos, ele simplesmente invalidou o que eu disse me taxando como mentirosa. É uma pena, claro que a Sodiê nunca vai deixar de ser grandiosa por minha conta, mas eu Bianca nunca mais voltarei a gastar meus trocadinhos suados e pobres neste lugar.

But today I had an unpleasant situation in that unit, when a tall, brown man with glasses "answered" me, I felt disrespected with the way he treated me the moment I informed him that my payment would be through the card (food vouchers), he told me that they do not accept and "there is no registration of this type of card in the machine of this unit", since I am a resident of the region and have already bought and paid this way at other times, he simply invalidated what I he said taxing me as a liar. It is a pity, of course that Sodiê will never stop being great on my own, but I Bianca will never again spend my sweaty and poor change in this place.

Porém, ouve um infeliz episódio que ocorreu na última semana com minha nora. O descaso feito pela atendente da loja, deu a entender que,a balconista Não atende a TDS com igualdade. Assim, minha nora, não sendo atendida como deveria ser, sofreu sim, um ato de racismo.
Infelizmente, deu a entender que Negros, não deveriam frequentar o local...
Lamentável, até o momento, não houve retratação. Minha nora já entrou em contato com a proprietária, mas, entendo, que a mesma, (deve ter esquecido o triste episódio).

Só funcionários educados e de bem com a vida, deve ser um bom lugar para se trabalhar tbm, presto serviço de entrega da Nestlé e é sempre o melhor lugar para se prestar serviços e consumir essas delícias que fazer lá, e às de Barueri são as melhores de vdd heim, então vao lá e gastem seus dinheirinho lá

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antigamente a gente comia a fatia do bolo cheio de magia e gosto. Comprei um bolo hoje totalmente sem gosto e não tinha nem chocolate puro no bolo, tudo era falso!!! Esse país tá cada vez pior as pessoas não fazem nada para mudar. Até em um pedaço de bolo o pessoal é injusto e quer superfaturar !!
Eu não compro mais nessa Sodiê
Não comprem, não está no padrão Sodiê os bolos nem no valor Sodiê!
In the past, we ate the slice of cake full of magic and taste. I bought a cake today that was totally tasteless and there wasn't even pure chocolate on the cake, everything was fake!!! This country is getting worse and people do nothing to change. Even in a piece of cake people are unfair and want to overprice !!
I don't buy anymore in this Sodiê
Don't buy, it's not in the Sodiê cakes nor in the Sodiê value!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazia um tempo que não ia nessa unidade, hj achei o unidade bem descuidada, funcionárias sem cordialidade e simpatia, todas com uso de acessórios exagerados, pulseiras e aneis, e brincos grandes algo que não combina nada com o ambiente de comidas... meia dúzia de bolos na prateleira, impressão de falência no local, vamos melhor jandira

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência no dia de hj foi péssima, bolo se atrasa para aniversariante, atendente foi simpática, mas deveriam nos informar que não tinha motoqueiro para fazer as entregas. Estou completamente chateada com a situação, comprar bolo para entrega nunca mais.
My experience today was terrible, cake is late for the birthday girl, attendant was friendly, but they should inform us that there was no biker to deliver. I am completely upset about the situation, never buy cake for delivery again.
