 I expected more. Cold atmosphere and service, very few cake options. Forgettable flavor. Espresso saved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Erraram o bolo 2 vezes mesmo citando todos os ingredientes e falando o número do bolo, além de não estar pronto no horário combinado.
Terrible attendance. They missed the cake twice even mentioning all the ingredients and saying the cake number, besides not being ready at the agreed time.

Excellent products. But the service... One of the attendants had a cold and coughed a lot. Attendants without masks and gloves. A feather!!!! Attendants with huge nails to serve food... sad ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um bolo na loja Sodiê do bairro Buritis, em Belo Horizonte e, ao buscar percebi que o prato do bolo estava com muita água. Ao chegar no local da festa, que fica a uma distância de cerca 900m, o bolo estava completamente destruído. Fato é que, quem fez o bolo molhou muito a massa ou deixou muito líquido no recheio e o bolo rachou em diversos pedaços. Retornei na loja e falei com a responsável, de nome Luiza, que se dispôs a me dar 2 bolos de 1kg para que eu não ficasse no prejuízo. Chegando lá, recebi dois bolinhos que, juntos, totalizaram 1,8 kg. Reclamei da diferença de peso e ela disse que já estava fazendo um favor de dar algum bolo, que ela não tinha obrigação nenhuma de me dar do mesmo peso pelo qual paguei.
Achei isso um absurdo!!!!!!!!!! Me senti completamente lesada pela loja e desrespeitada enquanto cliente fiel. Sempre comprei na Sodiê e nunca tive esse problema, mas agora não compro mais!
I bought a cake at the Sodiê store in the Buritis neighborhood, in Belo Horizonte and, when looking for it, I noticed that the cake plate had a lot of water on it. Upon arriving at the party site, which is at a distance of about 900m, the cake was completely destroyed. The fact is that whoever made the cake wet the dough a lot or left a lot of liquid in the filling and the cake cracked into several pieces. I returned to the store and spoke with the person in charge, named Luiza, who was willing to give me 2 1kg cakes so that I wouldn't be at a loss. Once there, I received two cookies that, together, totaled 1.8 kg. I complained about the difference in weight and she said that she was already doing me a favor by giving me some cake, that she was under no obligation to give me the same weight I paid for.
I found this absurd!!!!!!!!!! I felt completely cheated by the store and disrespected as a loyal customer. I always bought at Sodiê and I never had this problem, but now I don't buy anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo lugar para comprar bolos. Qualidade e sabor, nota 10. Todas as vezes que fiz uma encomenda, eles foram pontuais na entrega. No endereço antigo, o atendimento era ruim, mas depois que mudaram a loja para o novo espaço, além de maior e agradável, o atendimento melhorou muito.
Great place to buy cakes. Quality and taste, a 10. Every time I placed an order, they were on time with delivery. At the old address, the service was bad, but after they moved the store to the new space, in addition to being bigger and pleasant, the service improved a lot.
