Vou tentar resumir o absurdo! Fiz a compra de um bolo de ANIVERSÁRIO para minha mãe (inclusive foi presente) e ao partir, percebemos que vários convidados reclamaram do sabor! De fato estava amargo e farinhento! Bom, até aí pensamos.. vamos falar com a empresa.
Abri um reclame aqui e a empresa me respondeu dizendo que se tivesse 24h da reclamação eu poderia levar o bolo até lá para análise (além de já ter 24h, respondi que poderia ter sobrado algum pedaço de bolo onde aconteceu a festa). Sendo assim, me pediram fotos e eu mandei!
Uma pessoa, que se designou como dono, me chamou no WhatsApp… perguntando as mesmas coisas que já tinha respondido através de vários e-mails e no reclame aqui, já com o envio da nota fiscal e das imagens solicitadas e PASMEM…
Disse que fez 12 bolos naquele dia, todos com o mesmo recheio, rebatendo o que disse e pouco se importando em resolver o caso, como se tivesse insinuando que eu estava mentindo!
LOJA, tenho todos os e-mails trocados, imagem do bolo e a nota fiscal de compra! O procon vem!!

I'll try to summarize the absurdity! I bought a BIRTHDAY cake for my mother (it was even a gift) and when I left, we noticed that several guests complained about the taste! It was actually bitter and mealy! Well, so far we thought... let's talk to the company.
I opened a claim here and the company replied saying that if I had 24 hours of the claim I could take the cake there for analysis (in addition to already having 24 hours, I replied that there could have been some piece of cake left where the party took place). So they asked me for pictures and I sent them!
A person, who designated himself as the owner, called me on WhatsApp… asking the same things that I had already answered through several emails and in the advertisement here, already with the sending of the invoice and the requested images and PASMEM…
Said he made 12 cakes that day, all with the same filling, countering what he said and not caring about solving the case, as if he was insinuating that I was lying!
STORE, I have all the emails exchanged, the cake picture and the purchase invoice! The procon comes!!

Cozy place with great service and of course with wonderful sweet cakes etc for parties a little higher prices but for the quality it's worth it
