★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como sempre, essa Sodiê não faz jus a franquia. A pior que já fui. Dentre tantas coisas que não faz parte do padrão da franquia, a que SEMPRE da problema é na falta de bolos Zero Açúcar, normalmente não tem, ou quando tem é uma opção apenas. Já fiz pedido de bolo Zero Açúcar, a encomenda foi com uma semana de antecedência, e no dia que fui buscar falaram que não haviam feito pois não tinham adoçante!!! Não confio em encomendar mais nada nesse lugar, além de não ser uma opção para ir comer um docinho no meio da tarde caso tenha alguém junto que seja diabético.
As always, this Sodie does not live up to the franchise. The worst I've ever been. Among so many things that is not part of the franchise standard, what ALWAYS of the problem is in the lack of Zero Sugar cakes, usually does not have, or when it has is an option only. I already asked for Zero Sugar cake, the order was a week in advance, and the day I went to pick it up they said they had not done it because they had no sweetener !!! I do not trust ordering anything else in this place, besides it's not an option to go eat a sweetmeat in the middle of the afternoon if you have someone else who is diabetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira olhada Sodiê que vou, e o bolo não é bom, não segue padrão das demais lojas. Massa seca, nada molhada, e não é fofa.
Pelo valor, no mínimo tinha que seguir a qualidade da marca.
First look Sodiê I go, and the cake is not good, it does not follow the pattern of other stores. Dry pasta, nothing wet, and not fluffy.
For the value, at least it had to follow the quality of the brand.

Chama o dono: sem noção não assume o bolo duro que está vendendo como se fosse padrão Sodiê.
Você escolhe outro: vem duro.
Nunca vi isso em nenhuma loja Sodiê.
A franquia precisa verificar.
Lamentável.
Porém o preço, ahh esse foi cobrado como se fosse padrão Sodiê....
Horrible. Completely out of sodie standards. Soled nut cake with apricot. Ask to change.
Call the owner: clueless assumes the hard cake that is selling like standard SODIE.
You choose another one: it comes hard.
I have never seen this in any Sodie store.
The franchise needs to verify.
Unfortunate.
But the price, ahh this was charged as if it was standard Sodie ....

Poor Ana Maria Braga with this store. Terrible service, they reheat the pie in the microwave and make an ugly face when you ask for the coffee to be warm and not scalding hot. That's why it's always empty

Em plena temporada, não tinha sequer duas fatias do bolo tradicional de leite ninho.
Na vitrine pareciam restos....eu teria vergonha de deixar uma loja aberta em tal situação.
Ao questionar a funcionária (super mal humorada por sinal), se teriam outros bolos, pois estávamos em 4 e todos gostariam do mesmo sabor a mesma em tom irônico disse que não. Só aquilo que eu estava vendo mesmo.
Não volto.. não recomento..As duas lojas da sodiê em Caraguá precisam de muuuuuito treinamento. Acordem!
If it could be denied, this store deserved it.
In the middle of the season, I didn't even have two slices of the traditional nest milk cake.
In the window they looked like scraps....I would be ashamed to leave a store open in such a situation.
When questioning the employee (super grumpy by the way), if they would have other cakes, because there were 4 of us and everyone would like the same flavor, the same in an ironic tone said no. Just what I was really seeing.
I won't be back.. I won't recommend it..The two Sodiê stores in Caraguá need a lot of training. wake up!
