★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no quiosque no sábado assim que abriu o shopping , fui bem atendida comprei o bolo alpino com morango, atende me informou que o bolo foi feito na sexta , quando foi no domingo de manhã fui comer o bolo já estava azedo já e a segunda vez que compro bolo na sodiê e no outro dia o bolo está azedo. Vou reclamar no reclame aqui , pq o bolo de vcs não e nada barato , nunca vi comprar um bolo e ter que consumir em um dia pq senão o bolo estraga no outro dia.Edtou desapontada com essa rede ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salgados requentados na hora, serviram a coxinha estourada de tanto que aqueceram, a esfiha estava gelada no meio assim como o café que não estava quente! A franquia deveria cuidar melhor do treinamento dos funcionários para que episódios como este não aconteçam.
Não recomendo!
Freshly reheated snacks, they served the coxinha blown up from so much heat, the esfiha was cold in the middle as well as the coffee that wasn't hot! The franchise should take better care of employee training so that episodes like this don't happen.
I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consumi nada nesse estabelecimento, parei no quiosque para pegar informações sobre os bolos e fui muito bem atendimento por 2 mocinhos jovens, muito atenciosos, sabiam tudo sobre a empresa, falaram com orgulho da fábrica de bolos muito bem orientados sobre entrega, sabores, valores, enfim... Estão de parabéns, uma pena que não lembro o nome deles!
I didn't consume anything at this establishment, I stopped at the kiosk to get information about the cakes and I was very well attended by 2 young, very attentive guys, they knew everything about the company, spoke with pride about the cake factory, very well oriented about delivery, flavors, values Anyway... Congratulations, it's a shame I don't remember their names!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje 05/12 Domingo consultei a página desta unidade aqui no Google e o horário de atendimento que consta é aberto até 21:45 entretanto cheguei às 20:59 e o quiosque já estava fechado com as lonas e todo amarrado.... Me locomovi até está unidade confiando nos dados que postaram aqui... Moro no bairro do Horto Florestal, zona norte, e como vcs não colocaram telefone fui direto ... Muita falta de consideração... Esta ferramenta "Google" ajuda muito, porém vcs precisam aprender a usá-la... ? E lembrando que tem o estacionamento que é pago, pq até achar a sua loja dentro do shopping já passou a tolerância... Enfim favor se organizar para não prejudicar as pessoas...
Today 12/05 Sunday I consulted this unit's page here on Google and the opening hours are open until 9:45 pm however I arrived at 8:59 pm and the kiosk was already closed with tarpaulins and all tied up.... I got around even this unit is trusting the data you posted here... I live in the Horto Florestal neighborhood, north zone, and as you didn't put a phone in, I went straight... Much lack of consideration... This "Google" tool helps a lot, but you guys they need to learn how to use it... ? And remembering that there is paid parking, because until you find your store inside the mall, your tolerance has already passed... Anyway, please organize yourself so as not to harm people...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma encomenda de um bolo para um aniversário, e no dia da entrega, um funcionário entra em contato comigo informando que o sabor que eu havia escolhido não estava disponível. Como assim, no dia de retirar o bolo que eu havia encomendado não seria possível me entregar porque não tinha o recheio? Além do mais, o rapaz que me atendeu, não foi nada respeitoso, chamando- me de "meu bem" sendo que não sou nenhuma íntima dele. Não sei se falta de competência ou não tem respeito pelo cliente. Como assim, uma empresa como a Sodiê deixar acontecer uma palhaçada dessa?
I placed an order for a cake for a birthday, and on the day of delivery, an employee contacts me informing me that the flavor I had chosen was not available. What do you mean, on the day of picking up the cake I had ordered, it wouldn't be possible to deliver it to me because I didn't have the filling? Furthermore, the guy who attended me was not at all respectful, calling me "sweetheart" since I'm not one of his intimates. I don't know if they lack competence or don't have respect for the customer. What do you mean, a company like Sodiê let something like that happen?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora que estava escolhendo o bolo um dos funcionários estava sem máscara comendo, ok, mas espirrou na máquina de café. Não pareceu se incomodar, não se apressou pra limpar (se é que limpou), só colocou a máscara e vida seguiu. Eu não tive coragem de comer nesse lugar.
At the time I was choosing the cake, one of the employees was without a mask eating, ok, but he sneezed in the coffee machine. He didn't seem to mind, he didn't rush to clean (if he did), he just put on the mask and life went on. I didn't have the courage to eat there.
