★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Compramos dois itens para retirar na loja, esperamos o prazo, foi descontado do cartão de crédito e até hoje não pegamos o produto (2 semanas já). E quando entramos em contato cada um fala uma coisa!!!!
 Terrible! We bought two items to pick up at the store, we waited for the deadline, it was deducted from the credit card and we still haven't picked up the product (2 weeks already). And when we get in touch each one says one thing!!!!

O vendedor foi rápido e preciso em achar o que precisávamos e tirar nossas dúvidas.
Já a segunda atendente estava na maior má vontade em testar a máquina que comprei (mesmo seu colega de trabalho falando que iria ajudá-la), ficou atrasando o meu tempo e o dela também. O que era pra levar dez minutos, foi feito em trinta minutos.

The seller was quick and accurate in finding what we needed and answering our questions.
The second attendant was very unwilling to test the machine I bought (even though her co-worker said he would help her), she was delaying my time and hers as well. What was supposed to take ten minutes, was done in thirty minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SODIMAC de Atibaia - Apresentam enorme cartaz dizendo que batem orçamentos de concorrentes, mas ao solicitar um preço de um material verificamos que na Internet estava mais barato, a loja estavam sem estoque e ao solicitar a compra disseram que não tinha como igualar ao preço do site, - mas como não, é da sua loja, como batem preços dos concorrentes, igualar o preço da loja com o do site, que era mais barato, seria muito simples, certo?
Engano meu, o gerente de vendas disse não ser possível, lhe falei de seu cartaz na entrada da loja, disse que iria aí Procon, com a maior calma disse, bom, aí os advogados da Sodimac resolvem eu não posso lhe fazer o mesmo preço do site.
SODIMAC, como está fácil perder clientes, tratando consumidor desta maneira irão longe, me lembram a Panam, ícone americano da aviação, ops eles não existem mais.
Boa sorte com esta política equivocada.
SODIMAC de Atibaia - They have a huge poster saying that they beat competitors' budgets, but when asking for a price for a material we found that it was cheaper on the Internet, the store was out of stock and when requesting the purchase they said they couldn't match the price on the website , - but since it doesn't, it's from your store, as they beat competitors' prices, matching the store's price with the website's price, which was cheaper, would be very simple, right?
My mistake, the sales manager said it wasn't possible, I told him about his sign at the entrance of the store, he said he would go there Procon, with the greatest calm he said, well, then Sodimac's lawyers decide I can't give you the same price from the website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Being an American, this is the perfect store to teach how a store and it's staff should NOT function. It looks good when u walk in, but that's where the good ends. If you purchase anything, be prepared to wait anywhere between 2 hours to 2 days to actually get it! Their computer system is archaic and they have an outdated, writing-it-all-out-on-paper method when it comes to checking out products. This store has so much potential -but lacks effective management & professional, polite customer service. 'ShopAtibaia' or anywhere else sells the same products for cheaper anyways. Save yourself the time, money and stress and shop somewhere else. Run from this place!
