Usam máscaras (mesmo nem sendo mais obrigatório) e protetores nos calçados. Me ajudaram a retirar e colocar o tapete de volta. No whatsapp, todas as funcionárias que me atenderam foram rápidas, educadas, gentis e sempre com informações claras. A prestação de serviço de vocês está de parabéns, de ponta a ponta, desde o primeiro contato por whatsapp até a pós-venda. Estou realmente feliz!
 I've been washing my carpet with them for 3 years. The service is excellent. The employees who pick up the rug at home are super professional and helpful. They wear masks (even though it is no longer mandatory) and protectors in their shoes. They helped me remove and put the rug back. On whatsapp, all the employees who answered me were fast, polite, kind and always with clear information. Your service is to be congratulated, from end to end, from the first contact via whatsapp to the after-sales service. I'm really happy!
