★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo comprar nessa loja. Além de atrasar a entrega em mais de 30 dias, demoram muito mais para devolverem o dinheiro do cancelamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sinceramente não sei mais o que fazer, pois depois de várias tentativas para conseguir um prazo de entrega com a loja, eles simplesmente PARARAM DE ME RETORNAR. Não respondem, Não atendem, um descaso absurdo. NÃO RECOMENDO!
I honestly don't know what else to do as after several attempts to get a delivery date with the store they just STOP RETURNING ME. They don't answer, they don't answer, an absurd neglect. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em março deste ano fui todo contente comprar um sofá na loja Sofá Design em Campinas para minha nova casa...
Cheguei ao local fui super bem atendido, gostei de um modelo e comprei. Paguei a vista. No ato da compra o vendedor me disse que, caso eu quisesse o sofá em até 45 dias deveria pagar uma taxa a mais. Assim o fiz.
Bem, o sofá esta planejado para chegar no dia 15/04. Não chegou.
Reclamei. Avisaram que ocorreu um atraso e que chegaria até 30/04. Não chegou, novamente.
Mais uma vez, reclamei. Uau, temos um novo prazo: "Até 10/05 esta na sua casa e vamos te dar uma mesa de centro pelo atraso" - Pensei, que se dane a mesa de centro, quero o sofá. Mas tudo bem, aceitei o presente.
Eu sei o que você deve estar imaginando agora... O sofá chegou, certo?
Errado. Reclamamos novamente. Recebemos um novo prazo de entrega, que novamente não se concretizou.
No ultimo dia 18 recebemos uma "atualização" dizendo que o sofá estava "em trasporte", mas só se estiver vindo a pá ou à cavalo, pois escrevo essa mensagem no dia 25 e até agora nada...
Resumindo: NÃO COMPREM NA SOFÁ DESIGN, SÃO BANDIDOS, IRRESPONSÁVEIS, SEM CONSIDERAÇÃO E EXTREMAMENTE INCOMPETENTES.
Essa loja deveria estar fechada!
In March of this year I was very happy to buy a sofa at the Sofá Design store in Campinas for my new home...
I arrived at the place I was super well attended, I liked a model and bought it. I paid the view. At the time of purchase, the seller told me that, if I wanted the sofa within 45 days, I would have to pay an extra fee. So I did.
Well, the sofa is planned to arrive on the 15/04. Did not arrive.
I complained. They warned that there was a delay and that it would arrive until 04/30. It didn't come again.
Once again, I complained. Wow, we have a new deadline: "By 5/10 it's at your house and we'll give you a coffee table for the delay" - I thought, screw the coffee table, I want the couch. But okay, I accepted the gift.
I know what you must be imagining right now... The couch has arrived, right?
Wrong. We complain again. We received a new delivery deadline, which again did not materialize.
On the last 18th we received an "update" saying that the sofa was "in transport", but only if it is coming by shovel or horse, because I write this message on the 25th and so far nothing...
In short: DO NOT BUY FROM THE DESIGN SOFA, THEY ARE THUGS, IRRESPONSIBLE, WITHOUT CONSIDERATION AND EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT.
This store should be closed!
