Fomos SUPER BEM ATENDIDOS pela gerente que nos deu total auxílio, idéias e muita atenção na busca de solução, incluindo a qualidade do móvel. E olha que somos bem exigentes! O sofá chegou ontem e surpreendeu ainda mais, Ficamos muito satisfeitos mesmo e fizemos questão de vir aqui realizar o comentário agradecendo o profissionalismo. Voltaremos a usar dos serviços da empresa. O valor atendeu dentro do que buscávamos com qualidade e na própria fábrica há sofás para todo gosto e bolso. Parabéns pessoa, muito gratos!!!!

Minha experiência de compra com a empresa foi muito boa, fui bem atendido e o sofá foi entregue do jeito que eu queria. O preço é bom, se considerarmos que o sofá foi feito sob medida. O problema é a DURABILIDADE do produto. O sofá apresentou deformação no assento pouco mais de dois anos após a compra, procurei a empresa para realizar o reparo (não pedi garantia, pagaria pelo conserto), mas sempre falavam de acúmulo de trabalho e apresentaram uma série de empecilhos para me receberem. Enfim, paguei quase 6 mil reais em um sofá que apresentou problemas em pouco tempo. Já tive sofá comprado em loja de móveis que usei mais e durou muito mais tempo sem apresentar esse tipo de problema. Não recomendo a empresa.
A beautiful product at a good price, but with low QUALITY and DURABILITY. My shopping experience with the company was very good, I was well attended and the sofa was delivered just the way I wanted it. The price is good considering that the sofa was made-to-measure. The problem is the DURABILITY of the product. The sofa showed deformation in the seat a little more than two years after purchase, I looked for the company to carry out the repair (I didn't ask for a warranty, I would pay for the repair), but they always spoke of backlog of work and presented a series of obstacles to receive me. Anyway, I paid almost 6 thousand reais on a sofa that had problems in a short time. I've had a sofa bought in a furniture store that I used more and it lasted much longer without presenting this type of problem. I don't recommend the company.
