★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente achei q iria encontrar preços mais acessivos, então me desloquei da minha cidade para Americana. Gente não caiam nessa de mais barato, pq não é. Estou decepcionada, divulgaram um valor mais em conta para atrair clientes e chegando na loja é igualmente as lojas da minha cidade.
 I honestly thought I would find more affordable prices, so I moved from my city to Americana. People do not fall for this cheaper, because it is not. I am disappointed, have posted a more value to attract customers and coming to the store is also the stores of my city.

Na hora de vender tudo certo depois é uma longa história... comprei o sofá no dia 09/09/2019 o vendedor pediu 30 dias para entregar por causa da cor que escolhi...eu confirmei se iria entregar nesse prazo ele disse que entregaria antes.. passou os 30 dias já está com 8 dias de atraso eu ligando e eles me enrolando enfim pedi a devolução do meu dinheiro pois eu paguei a vista . Desrespeito ao consumidor.

Time to sell everything right after is a long story ... bought the sofa on 09/09/2019 the seller asked 30 days to deliver because of the color I chose ... I confirmed if it would deliver within that time he said that would deliver before .. passed 30 days is already 8 days late I calling and they wrapping me finally asked for my money back because I paid the view. Consumer disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos o sofá com vcs em fevereiro. Um sofá que dizia ser bom, com catracas boas... Já precisei da assistência várias vezes e agora estou precisando novamente, e sempre é enrolado para virem resolver o problema. Estou com as catracas do sofá não funcionando novamente (o problema de sempre). Entrei em contato com o pós venda, eles agendam a visita e o tapeceiro não compareceu, sendo que o mesmo ligou por volta de 14:00 da tarde de hoje (19/10), combinando que viria e até às 18:00 ngm tinha vindo. Foi preciso eu entrar em contato para saber se viriam, fui informada que vai ser necessário reagendar a visita. Vejo isso como uma falta de respeito muito grande com o cliente.
We bought the sofa with you guys in February. A sofa that claimed to be good, with good turnstiles... I have needed assistance several times and now I need it again, and it is always rolled up to come and solve the problem. I have the sofa turnstiles not working again (the usual problem). I contacted the after-sales department, they schedule the visit and the upholsterer did not show up, and he called around 14:00 pm today (10/19), agreeing that he would come and until 18:00 ngm he had coming. I had to get in touch to find out if they would come, I was informed that it will be necessary to reschedule the visit. I see this as a great lack of respect for the customer.

O vendedor Luciano J.M.O nos apresentou o sofá de 3 lugares na cor preta no valor de R$ 1.500,00 mas como PAGAMOS A VISTA ficou em R$ 1.200,00. O vendedor NOS GARANTIU que o sofá que iriamos receber tinha pronta entrega e iria desmonstado para ser montado em nossa casa e ainda iria dar de brinde 2 porta copos. Recebemos o sofá hoje (28/04/20) e ficamos MUITO INSATISFEITOS COM A PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA DA LOJA, pois recebemos o MÓVEL MONTADO, COM OS MESMOS DEFEITOS DA PEÇA QUE VIMOS DE MOSTRUÁRIO NA LOJA, NÃO RECEBEMOS OS PORTAS COPOS E O RAPAZ QUE TROUXE A MERCADORIA CONFIRMOU QU O SOFÁ É O MESMO QUE ESTAVA DE MOSTRUÁRIO NA LOJA!!! Segue abaixo as fotos dos pés danificados, sendo os mesmos defeitos que foram encontrados no sofá mostruário durante a visita a loja. Meu pai ligou para a loja, pois de acordo com os DIREITOS DO CONSUMIDOR, temos o prazo de ATÉ 7 DIAS PARA DEVOLUÇÃO. Mas de acordo com a atendente, o Gerente não se encontrava e fomos atendido pela Angela que NEGOU NOSSA PROPOSTA DE FAZER UM ABATE NO VALOR E DEVOLVER O RESTANTE EM NOSSA CONTA, JÁ QUE PAGAMOS A VISTA. Em um segundo contato, foi proposto uma Poltrona de Brinde. Mas moramos em apartamento, então não temos espaço suficiente para mais um móvel. Meu pai negou a oferta e solicitou a retirada da mercadoria. Estamos aguardando resposta do que nos é assegurado POR DIREITO: ACEITAÇÃO DA DEVOLUÇÃO DE MERCADORIA. Fiz reclamação por outras vias também, pois no momento da compra o atendimento é rápido, mas no pós venda deixa a desejar e ainda deletam os comentários das reclamações ou cobranças.
Yesterday (27/04/20) my parents and I went to the store to choose a retractable sofa. The seller Luciano J.M.O introduced us the 3-seater sofa in black in the amount of R $ 1,500.00 but as PAY THE VISTA it was R $ 1,200.00. The seller GUARANTEED US that the sofa that we were going to receive was ready for delivery and would be disassembled to be assembled in our house and would still give away 2 coasters. We received the sofa today (04/28/20) and we were VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE STORE'S MISCELLANEOUS ADVERTISING, as we received the MOUNTED MOUNTED, WITH THE SAME DEFECTS OF THE PART THAT WE COMED FROM SHOW IN THE STORE, WE DON'T RECEIVE THE COUPLE DOORS AND THE BOY THAT TROUXE THE MERCHANDISE CONFIRMED THAT THE SOFA IS THE SAME THAT WAS SHOWING IN THE STORE !!! Below are the photos of the damaged feet, the same defects that were found on the showcase sofa during the visit to the store. My father called the store, because according to CONSUMER RIGHTS, we have UP TO 7 DAYS FOR RETURN. But according to the attendant, the Manager was not there and we were attended by Angela, who DENIED OUR PROPOSAL TO MAKE A SLAVE IN VALUE AND RETURN THE REMAINING IN OUR ACCOUNT, AS WE PAY THE VISA. In a second contact, a Gift Armchair was proposed. But we live in an apartment, so we don't have enough space for another piece of furniture. My father denied the offer and requested the withdrawal of the goods. We are waiting for a response from what is guaranteed by LAW: ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS RETURN. I complained in other ways too, because at the time of purchase the service is fast, but in the post-sale it leaves something to be desired and they still delete comments on complaints or charges.
