★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço! Recebi uma encomenda na região de JF (MG). Entregadores sem máscara de proteção! E ainda por cima trocam xingamentos entre si e literalmente gritam na sua cara. Eu estava de máscara, mas diante do aumento de casos na região, fiquei muito assustado.
Enquanto empresa, JAMAIS terceirizaria minhas entregas para o Sol Logística.
Poor service! I received an order in the JF region (MG). Deliverers without protective mask! And on top of that, they swear at each other and literally scream in your face. I was wearing a mask, but in view of the increase in cases in the region, I was very scared.
As a company, I would NEVER outsource my deliveries to Sol Logística.

My delivery is late. Carrefour doesn't know anything and the transport company SOL doesn't serve anyone. Carrefour's decision to hire this carrier is regrettable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Isso não é uma transportadora de respeito ,fiz uma compra online pelo ponto frio e essa transportadora está em atrasado a 2 meses ,fiz a compra de uma máquina por necessidade e não recebi a mercadoria .Agora mudaram de transportadora e a máquina a qual a transportadora Sol logística ia fazer a entrega já foi danificada 2 vezes ,agora a máquina vai voltar para Betim para outra transportadora fazer todo processo de entrega de novo .Fora transportadora Sol logística não tem respeito por seus clientes
This is not a respectable carrier, I made an online purchase through the cold store and this carrier is overdue for 2 months, I purchased a machine out of necessity and did not receive the goods. Now they have changed the carrier and the machine to which the carrier Sol Logística was going to make the delivery has already been damaged 2 times, now the machine will go back to Betim for another carrier to do the whole delivery process again. Outside the carrier Sol Logística has no respect for its customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima transportadora, minha mercadoria chegou com 20 dias de atraso e ainda me entregaram a geladeira arranhada, amassada,não encontra telefone de contato deles em lugar nenhum, as casas Bahia não passa nenhum tipo de contato do transportador,muita falta de respeito com o consumidor !
Terrible carrier, my goods arrived 20 days late and they still gave me the fridge scratched, dented, you can't find their contact phone anywhere, Bahia houses don't pass any kind of contact from the carrier, a lot of lack of respect for the consumer !
