★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei a lavagem de 3 edredons e um kimono nesta lavandeira. Acabaram não devolvendo um edredom e essa situação já se estende há mais de um mês. Com relação a lavagem do que me entregaram, foi boa. Porém, o descaso com os itens do cliente é imenso. Tanto no atendimento prestado das atendentes da loja da Conceição quanto da central da lavanderia.
I requested to wash 3 comforters and a kimono in this laundry. They ended up not returning a comforter and this situation has been going on for over a month. Regarding the washing of what was delivered to me, it was good. However, the disregard for the customer's items is immense. Both in the service provided by the attendants of the Conceição store and the laundry center.
