Muito fácil de chegar para quem quiser dar uma escapada da cidade de SP. A casa tem um jardim imenso onde se pode desfrutar do som dos pássaros e relaxar. Possui também algumas características interessantes como churrasco, forno de pizza, piscina, ofurô e jacuzzi no quarto principal, voltaremos com certeza!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A casa condiz com as fotos apresentadas, porém, estávamos numa turma de 15 pessoas e a Bela (proprietária) ofereceu outro quarto para hospedagem fora da casa e para nossa surpresa era um quarto dentro da casa dos caseiros.
A casa mostra as fotos da banheira de hidromassagem e ofurô, porém não é possível usá-las porque a casa não tem abastecimento de água suficiente. Durante toda a nossa estadia, a piscina não foi abastecida nenhuma vez, pois não havia água suficiente. Inclusive ficamos sem água na casa, por consequência sem banho na noite réveillon, e estávamos com bebês e crianças pequenas, a dona não nos ajudou em nada, tentamos contato sem sucesso. Os caseiros que nos ajudaram, mas tivemos que contratar um caminhão de água para abastecer a casa, o qual devido a data, chegou no dia seguinte à tarde.
No contrato havia um check-out as 18h, e a proprietária pediu às saída as 12h pq o contrato estava com horário errado. Saímos as 15 hs pq ficamos com dó dos caseiros por tamanha saia justa e nos encontramos com outros hóspedes no momento do nosso ckeck out ... aquela confusão.
E ainda por fim programei um DOC para o dia 02/01 que foi o primeiro dia útil depois da nossa entrada no sítio. E saímos justamente no dia 02/01 mas o DOC é descontando até o final do dia. Fiquei recebendo msg durante o dia financeiro do Solar pedindo para honrar meu compromisso.
Passamos muito stress por ser um final de ano ...
Já saímos do stress da rotina para descansar, mas não foi dessa vez.
Minha recomendação é: se for um grupo grande, a casa não tem capacidade para atender.
Fica aqui minha contribuição para os próximos hóspedes e boa sorte.
O ponto positivo foi o casal de caseiros que "se viraram" para que o stress não fosse maior.
 The house matches the photos presented, however, we were in a class of 15 people and Bela (owner) offered another room for lodging outside the house and to our surprise it was a room inside the house of the caretakers.
The house shows pictures of the hot tub and hot tub, but it is not possible to use them because the house does not have enough water supply. During our entire stay, the pool was never refilled, as there was not enough water. We even ran out of water in the house, consequently without a bath on New Year's Eve, and we were with babies and small children, the owner did not help us at all, we tried to contact without success. The caretakers who helped us, but we had to hire a water truck to supply the house, which due to the date, arrived the next day in the afternoon.
In the contract there was a check-out at 6 pm, and the owner asked for the check-out at 12 pm because the contract was at the wrong time. We left at 3 pm because we felt sorry for the caretakers for such a tight skirt and we met with other guests at the time of our check out ... that mess.
And finally, I scheduled a DOC for 02/01, which was the first business day after we entered the site. And we left exactly on 02/01 but the DOC is discounted until the end of the day. I was receiving messages during Solar's financial day asking to honor my commitment.
We spent a lot of stress because it was the end of the year ...
We already left the stress of the routine to rest, but it was not this time.
My recommendation is: if it is a large group, the house has no capacity to serve.
Here is my contribution to the next guests and good luck.
The positive point was the couple of caretakers who "turned around" so that the stress was not greater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que fomos o primeiro grupo grande (15 adultos) que a casa recebeu e tivemos alguns contratempos. Mesmo evitando desperdícios ficamos sem água no 3° dia. O chuveiro a gás da casa não esquentava e diversas vezes o gás foi desligado pelo caseiro, o que impedia o uso dos 2 chuveiros, sem contar que o chuveiro elétrico não tem pressão e cai pouca água (e o chuveiro é bom).
A casa tem muitos insetos e teias de aranha do lado de dentro. Alguns cantos aparentavam não serem limpos há tempos.
Outra coisa desagradável era o caseiro, que toda hora ficava entrando no espaço da casa e da piscina. Foi desconfortável ele toda hora ficar olhando e checando se estava tudo bem.
Ah, e quando alugamos a casa não sabiamos que tinha gato e este fica o tempo todo dentro da casa. É importante avisar para quem tem alergia.
I believe we were the first large group (15 adults) that the house received and we had some setbacks. Even avoiding waste we ran out of water on the 3rd day. The gas shower in the house did not heat up and several times the gas was turned off by the housekeeper, which prevented the use of the 2 showers, not to mention that the electric shower has no pressure and low water (and shower is good).
The house has many insects and cobwebs on the inside. Some corners seemed not to be cleaned long ago.
Another unpleasant thing was the housekeeper, who kept getting into the house and pool every hour. It was uncomfortable for him to watch and check if everything was all right.
Oh, and when we rented the house we did not know he had a cat and he stays in the house all the time. It is important to warn anyone who has an allergy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu me chamo Sissy, sou de Curitiba e fui 4 vezes no Solar da Fênix, na primeira vez fiquei uma semana de férias e aproveitei tudo que tinha direito, peguei piscina e ofurô, me deliciei e espero voltar sempre porque me senti em um paraíso.
Depois voltei com amigos para passar um fim de semana, fizemos muito churrasco, aquela cozinha gourmet é encantadora e a vista de tirar o fôlego.
Voltei mais 2 vezes para dar curso de Reiki e meus alunos adoraram. Pretendo voltar sempre, encontrei o lugar ideal para fazer eventos.
Sempre fui muito bem atendida e o Solar sempre limpo, organizado para me receber.
Uma experiência única e nota 1000.
My name is Sissy, I'm from Curitiba and I went 4 times to Solar da Fênix, the first time I stayed a week on vacation and enjoyed everything I had the right to, I took a pool and hot tub, I was delighted and I hope to always return because I felt in paradise.
Then I went back with friends to spend a weekend, we did a lot of barbecue, that gourmet cuisine is charming and the view is breathtaking.
I came back 2 more times to teach Reiki and my students loved it. I intend to always return, I found the ideal place to hold events.
I was always very well attended and Solar always clean, organized to receive me.
A unique experience and note 1000.

Very spacious, clean and organized. With ample space, it has a barbecue, fireplace, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, swimming pool, hot tub, one of the rooms has a bathtub, satellite TV and Internet.

All the facilities are beautiful and cozy, the pool is bigger than I expected, the jacuzzi overlooking nature is the icing on the cake. I recommend and will come back again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem palavras para descrever o Solar da Fênix, ter um espaço único só para nossa família foi espetacular "todos juntos" depois de tanto tempo Nadamos muito, fizemos coisas deliciosas, brindamos muito e ainda a noite fizemos fogueira. A casa é linda, a sala de vidro é um encanto. Super indico, voltaremos muito breve e farei home office na beira da piscina super top.
No words to describe Solar da Fênix, having a unique space just for our family was spectacular "all together" after so long We swam a lot, did delicious things, toasted a lot and even at night we had a bonfire. The house is beautiful, the glass room is a charm. Super nominate, we will be back very soon and I will do home office by the super top pool.
