★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AGEM DE MÁ FÉ COM INQUILINOS. TOMEM CUIDADO, FAZEM ALUGUEIS DE 30 MESES SEM CLÁUSULA DE ISENÇÃO DE MULTA APÓS 12 MESES DE VIGÊNCIA E NAO DEIXAM ISSO CLARO EM NENHUM MOMENTO DA NEGOCIAÇÃO. PERMANECI POR MAIS DE 1 ANO NO IMÓVEL E QUANDO RESCINDI O CONTRATO TIVE ESSA SURPRESA DA MULTA. DESONESTIDADE, QUEREM GANHAR CADA CENTAVO DO INQUILINO E ENTREGAM IMOVEIS EM ESTADOS PESSIMOS DE CONSERVAÇÃO E QUANDO FAZEM A VISTORIA QUEREM COBRAR TUDO DO INQUILINO. TRATAM OS INQUILINOS COM DESRESPEITO. PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO PRESTADO. NAO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM!
 ACT BADLY WITH TENANTS. TAKE CARE, THEY MAKE RENTALS FOR 30 MONTHS WITHOUT A FINE EXEMPTION CLAUSE AFTER 12 MONTHS OF VALIDITY AND DO NOT LEAVE THIS CLEAR AT ANY TIME OF TRADING. I STAYED FOR MORE THAN 1 YEAR IN THE PROPERTY AND WHEN THE CONTRACT TERMINATED I HAD THIS FINE SURPRISE. DISHONESTY, WANT TO EARN EVERY PENALTY FROM THE TENANT AND DELIVER PROPERTIES IN PESTIMATE STATES OF CONSERVATION AND WHEN THE SURVEY DOES WANT TO CHARGE EVERYTHING OF THE TENANT. They treat tenants with disrespect. LAST SERVICE PROVIDED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE!
