Descaso total com o cliente com uma compra de 800 reais
Muito insatisfeito.
 Store does not deliver on the date promised, seller made little case when by miracle I was attended because the number given by SAC hardly meets.
Total cost with the customer with a purchase of 800 reais
Very unsatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Pior loja que já frequentei em toda minha vida. Sem compromisso com o cliente, atendimento deixa a desejar. É tão provável que é uma loja sem compromisso que no site não tem nem um número de telefone para podermos entrar em contato com eles e o número que a Central repassa ainda não atendem. É melhor resolver diretamente com o procom porque lá o cliente tem voz ativa e consegue ser atendido o mais rápido.
Terrible. Worst store I have ever been to in my life. Without commitment to the customer, service leaves something to be desired. It is so likely that it is a non-binding store that on the website does not even have a phone number so we can contact them and the number that the Central passes on still does not answer. It is better to resolve directly with procom because there the customer has an active voice and can be attended to as quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra no valor de 900 reais a vista, diz que entrega e 5 dias e montagem 7 dias! Só que hoje faz 7 dias que eles ainda nem apareceram aqui pra deixar o produto... Imagine quando aparecer vai ser 2 meses pra montagem!

Profissionais em atender bem o cliente, mais... se eu compro quero receber no prazo determinado, e isso eles não fazem nem se quer o telefone atende! Paguei 78,00 reais pela minha entrega que Era pra ter sido com 7 dias e até agora nada já está com 9 dias, isso é descaso com o cliente não atender o telefone pra passar pelo menos uma esperança rsrs, gente acho de mais isso! Vou esperar só hj ,caso não chegue amanhã irei na loja fazer uma breve visita!

Professionals to cater well the client, more ... if I buy I want to receive in the given time, and that they do not even if the phone answers! I paid 78.00 reais for my delivery. It was supposed to have been with 7 days and so far nothing is already 9 days, this is neglected with the customer not answering the phone to spend at least one hope. Lol, lol! I will wait only hj, in case I do not arrive tomorrow I will go to the store to make a brief visit!

A loja passou mais de 20 dias pra fazer entrega , comprei um guarda-roupa na cor branco e com 10 dias porq eu perguntei eles informaram que não tinha na cor branca depois quando decidir a não querer mais o produto ele fizeram a entrega, passou mais 10 dias pra montagem.
Com garantia de 3 meses vejo defeito e a loja não me atende..
Disappointment set this store!!!!
The store took more than 20 days to deliver, I bought a wardrobe in white and after 10 days because I asked they informed that it was not in white, then when they decided not to want the product anymore they made the delivery, it was more 10 days for assembly.
With a 3-month warranty I see a defect and the store does not serve me...
