★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!!!descaso total com o cliente você compra o produto se caso um eletrodoméstico e esse não funcione jogam o problema no colo do cliente ignorando o fato do produto ter sido comprado lá, dão apenas uma única ligação e dizem que tentam resolver o problema quando na verdade nem tentaram...loja péssima,produtos de má qualidade,a gerente ainda faz pouco caso com o problema do cliente defendendo uma loja de conduta péssima
Terrible !!! Total disregard with the customer you buy the product if a home appliance and it does not work throw the problem on the customer's lap ignoring the fact that the product was bought there, give only one call and say they try to solve the problem when in fact they haven't even tried ... lousy store, shoddy products, the manager still ignores the customer problem defending a lousy conduct store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre comprei nessa loja, mas as vezes me decepciono em questão de alguns produtos. Vendedores são ótimas pessoas e bem atenciosos, o que deixou a desejar foi a chapinha que paguei 90 reais e acabou pegando fogo em menos de 2 semanas de uso
I always bought it at this store, but sometimes I get disappointed with some products. Vendors are great people and very attentive, what left to be desired was the flat iron that paid 90 reais and ended up on fire in less than 2 weeks of use

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente na loja , porém muito chateado na entrega , o entregar só usa pra contato um telefone com ligação sem uso de internet para mensagem, tive que sair de casa tava esperando, quando chegaram ligaram ficou fora de área porém tinha como falar por mensagem de whatsapp Instagram Facebook. Mas infelizmente como não tinham esse acesso ligaram e foram embora. Isso com apenas 2 dias e compra , entrega rápida porém frágil . Achei uma falta de respeito, principalmente no momento qu estamos vivendo onde todos estamos conectados. Espero que mudem isso. Muito chateado com a entrega.
Excellent service at the store , but very upset on delivery , the delivery only uses a phone to contact without using the internet for a message, I had to leave the house I was waiting, when they arrived they called was out of the area but I could speak by message whatsapp Instagram Facebook. But unfortunately, as they didn't have this access, they called and left. That takes just 2 days and purchase , fast delivery but fragile . I found a lack of respect, especially when we are living where we are all connected. I hope they change that. Very upset about the delivery.
