★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma boa experiência com essa empresa. Instalei com eles as placas de aquecedor para piscina há quatro anos. Começaram a vazar, enviaram o técnico para avaliar e ele identificou duas placas que necessitavam ser trocadas por corrosão. Mão de obra 600 reais para trocar até seis placas. Acertei a troca das duas placas, pagando material, as placas novas e a mão de obra de 600 reais. Dois dias depois, continuava vazando, reenviaram o técnico, que identificou outra placa corroída, de onde vazava e necessitava troca desta. Por uma falha do tecnico, não foi identificada essa placa em sua visita, dois dias antes, e nem durante a execução do trabalho. A Solar camp através da Kátia, quis me cobrar novamente os 600 reais como mão de obra para trocar a placa que eles mesmo não haviam identificado dias antes, pois afirmaram que seria outro serviço um e não a complementação do serviço que estava sendo feito. Lamentável. Não recomendo essa empresa.

I agreed to exchange the two cards, paying for material, the new cards and the workforce of 600 reais. Two days later, it was still leaking, the technician resubmitted, who identified another corroded plate from which it leaked and needed to be replaced. Due to a failure of the technician, this card was not identified during his visit, two days before, nor during the execution of the work. Solar camp through Katia, wanted to charge me again the 600 reais as labor to change the plate that they had not identified days before, because they said it would be another service one and not the complementation of the service that was being done. Unfortunate. I do not recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento tive um problema de vazamento na placa, vieram retirar para reparo em 18/06/21 não retonaram até agora, qdo ligo não tem previsão de reinstalação não respondem
Estou sem aquecimento solar, tinha irregularidades na instalação perdi 1.200 litros de água até descobrir o defeito na instalação, houve vazamento em 1placa, retiraram às 4 placas a mais de 40 dias e não me dão nenhuma posição, lamentável

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colocaram vidros trincados nas placas e se recusam a trocar, alegando que não estão na garantia. A Kátia não é uma querida, gentileza e tato profissional ignora. A Paula se recusa a responder e o Paulo não se encontra. Talvez tenham colocado sucata como se fosse nova.....
They put cracked glass on the plates and refuse to change it, claiming they are not under warranty. Kátia is not a dear, kindness and professional tact ignores. Paula refuses to answer and Paulo is not there. Maybe they put in scrap as if it were new......

Não se trata de sorte ou azar, trata-se de produto ruim mesmo. E a atendente Katia quer que voce se exploda. Infelizmente comprei nessa empresa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente como ja relatei aqui bolier furou com menos de 3 anos de uso. Agora pouco tempo depois placas com vazamento de agua. vou ter que chamar outra empresa. Ah tenho placa de aquecimento da piscina. ja ja quebra. produtos de pessima qualidade e quando chamei para ver o bolier fala que e falta de sorte . lamentavel. Não comprem com essa empresa. Resultado aos poucos vou ter que refazer todo sistema de aquecimento aqui. toda hora quebra algo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem 18 anos que fiz minha instalação aqui em Goiânia, comprei e paguei tudo sem nem ver a cara do vendedor e o instalador que eu captei foi que fez a diferença, nunca deu problema a não ser alguma entrada de ar no mais tudo certo e em pleno funcionamento.
It's been 18 years since I did my installation here in Goiânia, I bought and paid for everything without even seeing the seller's face and the installer that I caught was what made the difference, there was never a problem other than some air intake in the most everything right and in full functioning.
