PEDIRAM ENTRADA PARA O SERVIÇO PROMETENDO COMECAR A INSTALACAO EM UMA SEMANA, FEZ UM MES E MESMO ASSIM NAO VIERAM FAZER A INSTALAÇÃO, FUI TENTAR CANCELAR O SERVIÇO, INVENTARAM UMA TAXA DE 40% DE MULTA, QUE NAO HAVIA NO CONTRATO E POR FIM NAO DEVOLVERAM NEM OS 60% DO VALOR DA ENTRADA E SUMIRAM, NAO RESPONDEM MAIS E NAO ABREM MAIS A LOJA.
NAO CHEGAM NEM A SER PROFISSIONAIS ESSES ELEMENTOS.
PASSEM LONGE DESSES PILANTRAS!!!!

THEY ASKED ENTRY TO THE SERVICE PROMISING TO START THE INSTALLATION IN ONE WEEK, THEY DID IT ONE MONTH AND EVEN THEN THEY DID NOT COME INSTALL, I WENT TO TRY TO CANCEL THE SERVICE, THEY INVENTED A FINE OF 40%, WHICH WERE NOT IN THE CONTRACT AND FINALLY DID NOT RETURN NOT ALL 60% OF THE ENTRY VALUE ARE GONE, THEY DON'T RESPOND ANYMORE AND THEY DON'T OPEN THE STORE.
THESE ELEMENTS ARE NOT EVEN PROFESSIONALS.
PASS AWAY FROM THESE PILANTERS!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior pós venda que já vi. A comunicação é péssima. Amadores em venda e pós venda. Produto e instalação sem qualidade, pessoal incapacitado em instalar a piscina, eles precisaram usar até as minhas ferramentas. Não recomendo! Péssimo.
Worst after-sale I've ever seen. Communication is terrible. Amateurs on sale and after sales. Poor quality product and installation, people unable to install the pool, they even needed to use my tools. I do not recommend! Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ loja de safados não cumprem o que promete demorou 6 meses pra fazer fizeram pela metade profissionais de quintã categoria só deu vazamento na tubulação não atendem quando você liga deveria fechar a loja pra não enganar mais ninguem
naughty shop don't fulfill what promises took 6 months to do they did halfway professionals from farmhouse category only leaked pipes don't answer when you call should close the store so as not to fool anyone else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fazem negócios com eles, pois vão te dar trabalho. pegaram o dinheiro do meu esposo e até agora passado mais de 60 dias não fizeram nada. praticamente caímos num golpe.
You don't do business with them as they will give you work. they took my husband's money and so far more than 60 days have passed, they haven't done anything. we practically fell into a coup.
