Fizeram toda a instalação do sistema porém não voltaram para dar assistência, quebraram várias telhas da minha casa e no período de chuvas a minha cozinha ficou alagada. Tentei contato com o Sr Ricardo várias vezes, o mesmo disse que iria fazer o concerto mas já se passaram 2 meses e até agora nada de aparecer, continuo com o problema.
A instalação do aplicativo para acompanhar a geração de energia também não foi efetuada, continuo sem saber o que tá gerando. Fiz várias ligações e enviei várias mensagens via whatsapp para o Sr Ricardo e agora nem retorno tenho mais. Nao recomendo!
Bad experience. They did all the installation of the system but did not come back to assist, they broke several tiles in my house and in the rainy season my kitchen was flooded. I tried to contact Mr Ricardo several times, he said he would do the concert but it's been 2 months and so far nothing appears, I still have the problem.
The installation of the application to monitor the energy generation was also not carried out, I still don't know what is generating. I made several calls and sent several messages via whatsapp to Mr Ricardo and now I don't even have a return. I do not recommend!
