★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de 3 anos de parceria devolveram o imóvel totalmente destruído. Faltando torneira, paredes descascando e sem tinta, ajulejos quebrados, chão sujo com respingos de tinta dentre outros. Alegaram que a proprietária estava querendo tirar proveito da imobiliária, mesmo apresentando a vistoria inicial. Como resultado, a bloquearam em todas as redes sociais e excluiram todos os comentários no Instagram. Péssima empresa, não recomendo, não tem cuidado nenhum com o cliente. Não deixem o imóvel de vocês na mão deles, vocês só vão ter dores de cabeça!
Enfim, não vale a pena colocar o seu imóvel em uma empresa que se posiciona no mercado bloqueando os seus clientes nas redes sociais.
Inclusive, muito possivelmente as avaliações positivas são de funcionários e conhecidos de funcionários que fazem isso somente para a avaliação não cair.

After 3 years of partnership they returned the property completely destroyed. Missing faucet, walls peeling and without paint, broken knees, dirty floor with paint splashes among others. They claimed that the owner was wanting to take advantage of the real estate company, even presenting the initial survey. As a result, they blocked it on all social networks and deleted all comments on Instagram. Bad company, I don't recommend it, don't take any care with the customer. Do not leave your property in their hands, you will only have headaches!
Anyway, it is not worth putting your property in a company that positions itself in the market blocking its customers on social networks.
In fact, quite possibly the positive evaluations are from employees and acquaintances of employees who do this only so that the evaluation does not fall.

Por vezes encontrei algumas dificuldades no processo de pagamento do aluguel, extrato de cobranças e outras dúvidas.

Tentei em varios tel e nao tive sucesso em nenhum...
