A mercadoria ja esta no depósito e eu não consigo nem retirar. Burocracia e descaso.
Procure outra transportadora

Não fizeram a entrega do meu produto até hoje, sendo que fica localizado próximo ao meu endereço e colocam que não foi localizado! Atrasam a entrega sem quê, nem pra quê. Ainda desliga a chamada com o cliente na linha, aguardando ser atendido.
Péssimo!!!!

Disseram que vinheram as 20:30 e não foi verdade. Ligo não atende. Hoje são 04/06/22 até hj esperando. Foi despachado dia 19/05. Por isso sou fã da AMAZON : Comprou x chegou
