Eu ligo para o número da empresa na tentativa de reclamar e nem chama, difícil até para entrar em contato. Péssimo serviço.
I received an order from the Belém branch and the delivery man was without a mask, when I asked him to put on the mask, he ignored it, dropped a super heavy package in a place that shouldn't be. I call the company number in an attempt to complain and don't even call, even difficult to contact. Poor service.
