O vendedor efetivou a venda de um produto que me interessou, mas revogou a venda para beneficiar outro cliente que estava na loja. Espero que este cliente fique feliz com a aquisição e continue comprando desta loja, mas eu jamais voltarei neste local. Cerca de uma hora antes do ocorrido eu havia feito a aquisição de 04 peças da loja, no qual paguei à vista e levei o produto de imediato no meu veículo. Talvez a expansão da loja e o investimento em marketing possa tentar fomentar o meu retorno neste local, o que acho pouco provável, haja vista a falta de profissionalismo e ética para com um cliente recém adquirido.
I congratulate this store, as it managed to win a customer, but lose it in less than 01 hour later. The seller sold a product that interested me, but revoked the sale to benefit another customer who was in the store. I hope that this customer is happy with the purchase and continues to buy from this store, but I will never come back here. About an hour before the event, I had purchased four pieces from the store, in which I paid in cash and took the product immediately in my vehicle. Perhaps the expansion of the store and the investment in marketing may try to foster my return in this place, which I think is unlikely, given the lack of professionalism and ethics towards a newly acquired customer.
