★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entregam o produto e não devolvem o dinheiro. Comprei a 8 meses. Já paguei 60% do pedido, pedi cancelamento do financiamento, com boletim de ocorrência, mas o que paguei, não me devolvem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teria que ter a opção de 0 estrela. A pior empresa do Brasil, 1 ano de atraso nas minhas placas solares. Total descaso com o consumidor que já pagou pelo serviço não prestado. Incompetente é pouco para essa empresa!
It should have a 0 star option. The worst company in Brazil, 1 year of delay in my solar panels. Total disregard for the consumer who has already paid for the service not provided. Incompetent is not enough for this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa muito famosa no povo do PROCON e na JUSTIÇA. Não recomendo, pois será calote certo! O contrato parece perfeito. Possuem atendimento com SAC via whatsapp e parece perfeito. Pedem pagamento antecipado e DIGA ADEUS AO SEU DINHEIRO. Simplesmente desaparecem com seu dinheiro. CORRA PRA LONGE!!!!!!
Very famous company in the people of PROCON and in JUSTICE. I don't recommend it, because it will be a scam! The contract looks perfect. They have customer service via whatsapp and it seems perfect. They ask for advance payment and SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY. They just disappear with your money. RUN FAR!!!!!!

Comprei as placas paguei valor inicial e estão já mais de 6 meses enrolando dando desculpas e por fim nem respondem.
Eles são ladrao, e o vendedor quando vc procura ele só diz que o watts dele será desativado. Uma fraude não caiam nessa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa tem quase um ano que estamos esperando a instalação, já pagamos 50%do valor , cada hora uma desculpa de fornecedor que não entrega só ficam pedindo prazo e mais prazo. Eu não recomendo para ninguém empresa que não respeita seus clientes .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima , não entregam o produto e ficam com seu dinheiro. Comprei um gerador de energia com a Solpac há 7 meses atrás e cometi o equívoco de pagar antecipadamente . Em dezembro diziam para mim que o produto seria entregue no prazo, era para eles terem entregue o gerador no início de janeiro e não entregaram. Dizem que estão com problemas de fornecimento do chip . Não consigo ser mais atendido , estou sem meu dinheiro e sem o gerador. Já pedi para cancelarem a compra e me devolverem o dinheiro e eles não fizeram a devolução . Estou me sentindo muito lesionado e terei que entrar na justiça para exigir meus direitos . Lendo os outros comentários aqui descobri da pior forma que essa empresa é uma farsa.
Terrible, they don't deliver the product and keep your money. I bought a power generator with Solpac 7 months ago and made the mistake of paying in advance. In December they told me that the product would be delivered on time, they were supposed to have delivered the generator in early January and they didn't. They say they are having problems with the chip supply. I can't get service anymore, I'm out of my money and without the generator. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money and they didn't do it. I am feeling very injured and I will have to go to court to demand my rights. Reading the other reviews here I found out the hard way that this company is a scam.
