Solicitei um orçamento em Abril para reparo em telhado, enviaram o engenheiro para realizar o orçamento e quando recebi o preço cobrado estava exorbitante em relação aos demais orçamentos de empresas concorrentes. Solicitei melhores esclarecimento sobre o valor cobrado e nem mesmo resposta deram a minha solicitação. Empresa que inicia as atividades tratando o cliente em potencial desta forma não merece nenhum crédito de confiança. Devem estar com muitos clientes para poderem ter o capricho de não atenderem bem aos clientes.
Bad service and total contempt for the customer. I requested a quote in April for roof repair, sent the engineer to do the budget and when I received the price charged was exorbitant compared to other budgets of competing companies. I requested further clarification on the amount charged and did not even respond to my request. Company that initiates activities treating the potential customer in this way does not deserve any trust credit. They must be with a lot of customers so they can be careful not to serve their customers well.
