Aluguei equipamento por um dia e estão me cobrando dois dias alegando q era minha obrigação ter avido eles p recolher, mas em nenhum momento fui informado a respeito. E se eu nao ligo p perguntar q dia viriam buscar a conta só cresceria. Tentei conversa mas fui estupidamente atendido. Lamentável a foma de abordagem e o desrespeito aos clientes.
Horrible, poor service for return. I rented equipment for a day and they are charging me for two days claiming that it was my obligation to have told them to collect, but at no time was I informed about it. And if I don't mind asking what day they would come to get the account, it would only grow. I tried to talk but I was stupidly answered. The form of approach and disrespect for customers is unfortunate.
