★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumpriram com o combinado, instalação de coifa e cooktop na data acertada, deixei de trabalhar aguardando em vão. Liguei durante a tarde para saber o motivo da demora e recebi apenas informação que iriam me ligar. As 17hs recebi telefonema informando que a instalação só poderia acontecer na 2a feira sem maiores esclarecimentos.
 They did not comply with the arrangement, installation of hood and cooktop on the right date, I stopped working waiting in vain. I called in the afternoon to find out the reason for the delay and only received information that would call me. At 17hs I received a call informing that the installation could only happen on Monday without further clarification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado. Primeiro eles são muito caros. Busquei outras empresas. Faça pesquisa no Google. Dois são muito pouco cordiais ao visitar sua casa, vão lá sem necessidade para ganhar uma taxa de visita. Terceiro são caros demais. Cobram valores medianos na taxa inicial mas te "roubam" colocando todos "poréns" possíveis. Quatro, levaram uma parte do meu equipamento para fazer uma cotação e não devolveram tudo. Enfim. Busque outras opções.
Watch out. First, they are very expensive. I looked for other companies. Do Google search. Two are very unfriendly when visiting their home, they go there unnecessarily to earn a visit fee. Third are too expensive. They charge median values at the initial rate but "rob" you by placing all possible "buts". Four, they took part of my equipment to make a quote and did not return everything. Anyway. Look for other options.

You have not fulfilled the commitment to install a hood. I waited one afternoon and the installer was on another service. I lost a day of work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagamos R$ 250,00 para instalar um triturador e vieram dois rapazes que não tinham a menor ideia do que estavam fazendo. Fizeram a gente comprar um sifão em Y que custou R$ 28,00 e depois deixaram uma ponta solta, ou seja, não precisava. Achamos estranho a instalação que fizeram, e pelo YouTube descobrimos que a instalação foi realizada de maneira inadequada. Espero que pelo menos voltem para corrigir a c* que fizeram.
Edit: entraram em contato depois de 2 dias, mas continuo não recomendando o serviço.
We paid R $ 250.00 to install a shredder and two boys came who had no idea what they were doing. They made us buy a Y siphon that cost R $ 28.00 and then left a loose end, that is, it did not need to. We thought the installation they did was strange, and through YouTube we found that the installation was done inappropriately. I hope they will at least come back to correct the c * they made.
Edit: they got in touch after 2 days, but I still don't recommend the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após a instalação do meu cooktop identifiquei um vazamento de gás, tentei contatar a empresa no próprio dia ( 07/01/2022 - sexta-feira) no telefone fixo, porém sem sucesso. Mandei mensagem pelo WhatsApp no sábado e só tive retorno na segunda-feira pela manhã.
No retorno, informei que trabalho em horário comercial e pedi um agendamento o mais rápido possível dada a urgência, porém me informaram que só trabalham em horário comercial e não podia agendar visita, que ia depender da rota. Então, pedi o atendimento no primeiro horário, visto que precisaria adequar minha agenda de trabalho para aguardar os técnico, contudo não tive retorno. Um serviço caro e com consequência séria ( vazamento de gás) , entendo que a empresa deveria se prontificar para as devidas correções em caráter de urgência dentro da agenda do cliente, posto que trata-se de uma falha na execução do serviço prestado. Correções na execução do serviço deveriam ser prioridade da empresa, não poderiam ficar dentro da rotina dos serviços habituais.
After installing my cooktop, I identified a gas leak, I tried to contact the company on the same day (07/01/2022 - Friday) on the landline, but without success. I sent a WhatsApp message on Saturday and only got a response on Monday morning.
Upon returning, I informed them that I work during business hours and asked for an appointment as soon as possible given the urgency, but they informed me that they only work during business hours and could not schedule a visit, which would depend on the route. So, I asked for assistance at the first time, as I would need to adjust my work schedule to wait for the technicians, but I didn't get a response. An expensive service with serious consequences (gas leak), I understand that the company should be ready for the necessary corrections as a matter of urgency within the client's agenda, since it is a failure in the execution of the service provided. Corrections in the execution of the service should be a priority of the company, they could not be part of the routine of the usual services.
