Ele voltou, identificou o problema e consertou no outro dia e ainda teve uma super paciência com meu pai idoso, fotografando e explicando tudo o q estava fazendo. Super recomendo, eficiente, honesto e preço justo.
All the comments are true, in desperation I called Almir to repair a leak in the bathroom according to what I read here and on the same day at night the water tank float was a problem. Na segunda vez, tive um problema elétrico em casa e ele não me atendeu - apesar de ter marcado um horário de atendimento - e nem mandou mensagem que não viria. Cancelei compromissos e fiquei na mão. FALTOU COMUNICAÇÃO QUE NÃO PODERIA COMPARECER.
Acho que este é o grande problema deste tipo de profissional: falta de comprometimento e comunicação com o cliente.
The first time I needed Almir, he was attentive and answered me efficiently.
The second time, I had an electrical problem at home and he didn't answer me - although he made an appointment - and didn't even send a message that he wouldn't come. I canceled appointments and stayed on hand. MISSING COMMUNICATION THAT COULD NOT ATTEND.
I think this is the big problem for this type of professional: lack of commitment and communication with the client.
