It does not meet the delivery deadline for repair and does not warn the customer, in addition to the unmasked service in the middle of a pandemic. I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, vc liga neste número e a pessoa te atende com má vontade , deixei um monitor pra consertar no 2 dia desligou, levei novamente e nunca me ligaram .
Bad service, you call this number and the person answers you with bad will, I left a monitor to fix it on the 2nd day, hung up, took it again and they never called me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisava consertar meu notebook visitei as 2 lojas, realmente os funcionários não usam máscara e por isso desisti. Impressionante isso ainda acontecer numa altura dessas da pandemia, quase inacreditável. Por essas é que o comércio sofre com os fechamentos impostos, os bons acabam pagando pelos maus.
I needed to fix my notebook, I visited the 2 stores, the employees don't really wear a mask and that's why I gave up. It is impressive that this still happens at a time like this of the pandemic, almost unbelievable. It is for these reasons that commerce suffers from the imposed closures, the good ones end up paying for the bad ones.
