★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais volto! NÃO INDICO! Muita falta de respeito e compromisso, deixei meu home para orçamento, demoraram mais de 1 mês para me dizerem que não tem jeito, p eu levar em uma autorizada! Frequentemente eu fazia contato para saber sobre meu equipamento, parecia que eu estava pedindo um favor! Como já reclamaram aqui, a comunicação é horrível! Não adianta darem essa velha desculpa de que estavam cheios de serviços, ao menos as 2 vezes que fui, todos estavam sentados mexendo no computador. Deixei o equipamento e fui claro, que estava com problema de software, perguntei se analisariam esse tipo de problema... Era mais fácil falarem que não a ficarem com meu equipamento jogado ha mais de 1 mês!
Never come back! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! A lot of lack of respect and commitment, I left my home for a quote, it took more than 1 month to tell me that there's no way, for me to take it to an authorized one! I often made contact to inquire about my equipment, it felt like I was asking for a favor! As already complained here, the communication is horrible! It's no use giving this old excuse that they were full of services, at least the 2 times I went, everyone was sitting on the computer. I left the equipment and it was clear, that I had a software problem, I asked if they would analyze this type of problem... It was easier to say than not to keep my equipment played for more than 1 month!
