★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive o desprazer de trabalhar na Soma SP. Trata-se de uma empresa familiar em que seu diretor prioriza o recrutamento e principalmente a promoção de familiares e amigos em detrimento dos demais funcionários, ou seja, é uma empresa em que o nepotismo é escancarado! Tal situação faz com que os demais funcionários se sintam diminuídos e desmotivados, pois veem que não possuem as mesmas oportunidades de crescimento, ou seja, se sentem em total desvantagem em relação as oportunidades que são dadas aos familiares e amigos da Diretoria, que não possuem preparo nem qualificação alguma para ocupar os cargos que ocupam e nem ganhar as promoções e outras vantagens que ganham. A empresa é grande, em questão de salário está dentro do mercado, mas as relações humanas ali dentro sao péssimas por conta dos fatos aqui narrados.
Unfortunately I had the displeasure of working at Soma SP. It is a family business in which its director prioritizes the recruitment and especially the promotion of family and friends over other employees, in other words, it is a company in which nepotism is open! This situation makes other employees feel diminished and unmotivated, as they see that they do not have the same opportunities for growth, that is, they feel at a total disadvantage in relation to the opportunities that are given to family members and friends of the Board, who do not have preparation or any qualification to occupy the positions they occupy, nor to gain the promotions and other advantages they gain. The company is large, in terms of salary, it is in the market, but human relations there are terrible due to the facts narrated here.
