★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma montana e fui retirar nesta concessionária Somakar na avenida Itaquera nº 1423, no dia 19/02/2022, tirei o carro da loja aonde me informaram que o mesmo havia sido vistoriado ou ealizada as manutenções, sai de lá o escapamento estava furado, batente da suspensão traseira estourado, e o carro estralando, com muito sufoco pagaram a troca do escapamento, do batente e por conta arrumei o problema com os estralos, porque não conseguia chegar até a loja.
Ai fui lá no dia marcado pela Marli, atendente da loja no qual comprei o carro com ela, fiquei das 10:00 até 15:45 para um mecanico passar o scaner no carro, no que acusou algo com a sonda do veículo, o mesmo me disse que estava resolvendo problemas do divorcio e eu fiquei o dia toda sentado na loja, falta de respeito com o cliente, moro muito longe da loja. Enfim, fui viajar com o carro agora no carnaval e o carro simplesmente parou porque deu problema nesta tal de sonda e plug do sensor de rotação, o carro esta na garantia de 3 meses, liguei lá na loja e o senhor Ocimar disse que não irão bancar o valor comprovado por nota, e avisei que iria buscar meu direito junto ao procon e o orgão que for necessário, só estou pedindo o valor gasto por uma revisão que não foi feita ou foi muito mal feita e porcamente, afinal foi a compra de um veiculo de R$ 37.900,00 e não um brinquedo, o Ocimar ainda teve a coragem de me falar que só pagaria a metade do serviço realizado, as trocas das peças não foram feitas por mau serviços realizados !
ainda terei que relizar a troca do sensor de rotação e conector do mesmo e a bobinaque não é original para o funcionamento bom do carro, não estou pedindo nada, sóquero os valores que gastei e deixar o carro em ordem.

Then I went there on the day scheduled by Marli, the attendant of the store where I bought the car from her, I stayed from 10:00 to 15:45 for a mechanic to scan the car, in which he accused something with the vehicle's probe, the same he told me he was solving divorce problems and I sat in the store all day, lack of respect for the customer, I live very far from the store. Anyway, I went to travel with the car now at Carnival and the car just stopped because there was a problem with this probe and plug of the rotation sensor, the car is under 3 months warranty, I called the store and Mr. pay the amount proven by note, and I warned that I would seek my right with the procon and the necessary body, I am only asking for the amount spent for a review that was not carried out or was very poorly done and filthy, after all it was the purchase of a vehicle of R$ 37,900.00 and not a toy, Ocimar still had the courage to tell me that he would only pay half of the service performed, the exchanges of the parts were not made for bad service!
I will still have to change the rotation sensor and its connector and the coil, which is not original for the car to work properly, I'm not asking for anything, I just want the amounts I spent and leave the car in order.
