★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é fraco não tratam as pessoas como clientes, demoram a atender, tratamento é como se a venda de instrumentos fosse a segunda fonte de renda da loja mais ou menos isso. Infelizmente é a loja mais próxima de minha residência.
 The service is poor, they don't treat people like customers, they take too long to answer, treatment is as if the sale of instruments was the store's second source of income, more or less. Unfortunately it is the closest store to my residence.

Great service by phone and in person too.
Master moment of pandemic and high dollar, I managed to find a equipment with a fair price and even the lowest price I found even compared to the internet. I've known Songs since the 90s.
