★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqui no Google consta que vocês abrem 9h, vocês se recusam a aceitar ligações, dizendo que informação só pelo whatsapp, porém eu mando mensagem, a internet de vocês está desligada e dificilmente respondem. Assim realmente fica muito complicado. Que loja é essa que não tem organização para um atendimento bom por rede social e aplicativos? Que loja é essa que não possui um telefone fixo? Se a questão é não ter atendentes o suficiente para realizar o atendimento, sugiro que contratem mais pessoas. Pois assim vocês só tem a perder clientes, fica a dica!!! ?
Here on Google it says that you open at 9 am, you refuse to accept calls, saying that information only through whatsapp, but I send a message, your internet is off and you hardly respond. So it really gets very complicated. What store is this that doesn't have organization for a good service by social network and apps? What store is this that doesn't have a landline? If the issue is not having enough attendants to perform the service, I suggest you hire more people. So you only have to lose customers, here's the tip!!! ?
