★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei uma sandália da loja como presente e precisei fazer a troca. Fui à loja da rua São Paulo e fui muito mal atendida tanto pela vendedora quanto pela gerente. Má vontade, apática ( olha aí na loja o que você quer)e ainda pior passaram o valor do produto muito abaixo do valor que a pessoa pagou e que estava no site da loja( preço no site 249,00 e a gerente disse que na loja dela o valor era de 199,00).. Eu tinha o cupom de troca egerente queria o cupom fiscal. Por fim e levei outro produto, paguei a diferença é nunca mais volto.
I received a sandal from the store as a gift and had to exchange it. I went to the store on Rua São Paulo and was very poorly attended by both the saleswoman and the manager. Bad will, apathetic (look at the store what you want) and even worse, the value of the product was much lower than the value that the person paid and that was on the store's website (price on the website 249.00 and the manager said that at store the value was 199.00).. I had the exchange coupon and the manager wanted the tax coupon. Finally, I took another product, paid the difference and never come back.

E quando comprei ainda questionei a vendedora sobre a durabilidade... só papo!
Extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the sandal I bought. In less than 3 months of use it can be thrown in the trash. Zero cost benefit.
And when I bought it, I asked the seller about the durability... just chat!
