★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ver um imóvel pra comprar e me trataram super mal, ignoraram as minhas perguntas, não quiseram me passar o bairro do imóvel verdadeiro e ainda não quiseram marcar visita, mostrando que tem preguiça de levar o comprador pra ver o imóvel. Os corretores dessa imobiliária não gostam de trabalhar. Então proprietários nao deixem os seus imóveis nesse lugar que eles não vender e nem alugar nunca com a preguiça e com o mal atendimento deles. Estou procurando casa pra comprar, coloquem seus imóveis no Facebook ou na OLX que eu vejo por lá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei os serviçoes dessa imobiliaria do Sr Alexandre, em dezembro de 2018. Ele não fez a verificaçao do nome do casal que iria morar em minha casa. Mas me disse que estava tudo bem com o nome deles. (Mas descobri recentemente que eles ja tinham dividas no nome de mais de 23 mil reais).
A unica coisa que esses inquilinos me pagaram foram duas entradas de cauçao no valor de 950,00 cada.
O Sr. Alexandre segurou uma cauçao para ele dizendo q era a parte devida do trabalho de sua imobiliaria, e me repassou uma cauçao.
Foi a unica coisa que recebi.
Os inquilinos moraram la desde dezembro de 2018 até julho de 2020, sem pagar absolutamente nada.
Esse Alexandre, nãoo fez nada de efetivo para retirar esse casal de lá, eu passei muito stress e sofrimento por todo esse tempo ( quase 2 anos).
Agora, eu consegui entrar em contato com esses inquilinos os convenci de que eles deveriam sair de minha casa. E foi o que aconteceu.
Porem ficou muitas coisas destruídas, até mesmo um chuveiro caro da lorenzetti não está mais lá.
Estou tendo um custo alto para arrumar tudo.
E o Alexandre, dono da Imobiliaria Sonho & Vida, nem sequer atende minhas ligações ou responde minhas mensagens de whatssap.
É uma fria fazer negócios com ele.
De Sonho e Vida a Imobiliária não tem nads. É mesmo um GRANDE PESADELO.

I hired the services of this property of Mr. Alexandre, in December 2018. He did not verify the name of the couple who would live in my house. But he told me it was okay with their names. (But I recently discovered that they already had debts in the name of more than 23 thousand reais).
The only thing these tenants paid me were two security deposits worth 950.00 each.
Mr. Alexandre held a deposit for him saying that it was the due part of the work of his real estate, and gave me a deposit.
It was the only thing I received.
Tenants lived there from December 2018 until July 2020, paying absolutely nothing.
This Alexandre, did not do anything effective to remove this couple from there, I spent a lot of stress and suffering all this time (almost 2 years).
Now, I managed to get in touch with these tenants and convinced them that they should leave my house. And that's what happened.
However, many things were destroyed, even an expensive shower by Lorenzetti is no longer there.
I am having a high cost to fix everything.
And Alexandre, owner of Imobiliaria Sonho & Vida, doesn't even answer my calls or answer my whatssap messages.
It's cold to do business with him.
From Dream and Life the Real Estate has no nads. It really is a BIG NIGHTMARE.
