★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exemplo de mal atendimento e descomprometimento com o Cliente, estive na loja segunda feira e comprei um material para ser entregue na quarta feira de manhã, além de não me entregarem o material até agora Quinta feira final da tarde. Também fui muito mal atendido pelo vendedor que não tem qualificação alguma e está completamente descomprometido com a empresa.
O cara atende o telefone como se estivesse dormindo e não sabe responder nada sobre a entrega.
Não recomendo a loja para ninguém.
Muita falta de profissionalismo, depois as pessoas dizem que o país está em CRISE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento(L.Ramos), o vendedor tem preguiça de atender o cliente e não da informação completa, tem preguiça até para conversar. Por 3 vezes entrei em contato para um determinado material e a desculpa era sempre a mesma que o material ainda não foi descarregado, ainda estava no caminhão...pelo visto o estoque da loja fica em cima do caminhão?...pedi se podia cortar a barra para mim devido não caber no carro, o mesmo queria me dar um arco de serra para eu mesmo cortar, um monte de marmanjo na loja batendo papo e o cliente que tem que corta? que absurdo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fui retirar um item na loja onde fui mal atendido, fiquei 30 minutos esperando para que separassem 2 barras enquanto o pessoal na produção estavam todos parados conversando.
E hoje estou tentando contato por telefone e não consigo.
O que é mais impressionante é ver a quantidade de reclamação em relação a qualidade do atendimento e pelo visto até hoje não foi tomada nenhuma atitude por conta da empresa para melhorar isso.

Meu primeiro contato foi na hora do almoço e no mesmo dia (sou de Jundiaí-SP) retirei os materiais que estava penando para encontrar na cor cerejeira real. Meu colaborador que foi lá também só elogiou, também ajudaram ele a amarrar a carga. Acabei encomendando mais coisas e com certeza comprarei mais vezes. Obrigado!

Sinto pelos profissionais que precisam comprar com eles por falta de opção.
Sai e comprei na Alutop no jd iguatemi com tempo de espera de 15min e atendimento digno.
