★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra do piso para dois apartamentos, fiz o pagamento a vista conforme combinado, até então a parte comercial e prazo de entrega atendeu conforme combinado, porém na parte da instalação deixaram a desejar, no primeiro fizeram um péssimo acabamento dos rodapés, reclamei, efetuaram a troca e ficou bom, no segundo mesma coisa, ficou pior que o primeiro, entendo que a parede tem as imperfeições, porém fizeram um serviço mal feito, claramente falta de capricho do instalador, vou ter quer comprar colar e efetuar o reparo eu mesmo, visto que tinham cometido esse erro no primeiro e fizeram dessa forma novamente, rodapé descolado, alguns lugares deixaram com o prego

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiizemos dois quartos com eles e precisei de uma soleira de reposição só vende de Barra mesmo já tendo gasto mais de 2 mil com eles mesmo assim eu comprei a soleira no valor de 70,00 mas quando fui passar meu cartão sendo crédito eles não aceitaram.
Hoje eu não endico tem um péssimo pós venda.

Acabamento horrível, quebraram a parede do meu quarto, colocaram uma soleira marrom sendo que meu piso é branco... Na hora de efetuar o pagamento, que por sinal foi à vista, a Scarlett prestou um ótimo atendimento, agora na hora de registrar a reclamação disse que é pra eu me virar com qm instalou e mandou eu ligar para ele.
Se pudesse daria 0 estrelas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabamento péssimo! Faltou material no dia da instalação. Ficou de terminar o serviço na outra semana quase tiver que implorar pra ir em casa terminar e foi quase 2 meses depois.. mas o acabamento desanima só de ver.. nao recomendo
Terrible finish! Material was missing on the day of installation. I had to finish the job the other week I almost had to beg to go home and finish it and it was almost 2 months later.. but the finish is disheartening just to see it.. I don't recommend it

O acabamento ficou péssimo, além de tudo ainda o prestador foi embora, nao nós avisou, e largou minha casa aberta, cheia de ferramentas, materiais e outros itens. Quando questionei a Scarlett, não deu nem bola e sequer pediu uma desculpa.
Ao reclamar sobre o acabamento o retorno que tive foi: sua parede e torta, mas ai te falo, tem lugares que sequer foram pregados. Somente foram colados, é lógico que iria descolar. Isso que nem estou morando lá ainda.
Além do mais, solicitei que fossem reparar, mandou o prestador lá novamente, pegou um prego, em menos de 5 minutos foi embora.
Não recomendo nem para meu pior inimigo.
Estou super insatisfeita com o resultado. Quem duvidar pode ver com seus próprios olhos.
