★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, sem contar a cara de má vontade do Senhor de cabelos grisalhos que me atendeu.
Se antes tivesse lido is comentários, não teria perdido o meu tempo e gasto combustível me deslocando da madeireira da Av Ipanema onde sou cliente.
Ligamos informaram que o atendimento é até as 18:00. Cheguei ao local as 17:50 e o mal humorado ( devia estar de ressaca do final de semana) me informou que o expediente havia encerrado, e deveria voltar amanhã.
O mal informado não sabe que esse amanhã NUNCA mais chegará, pois jamais retornarem nessa loja.
Estava com um orçamento grande, e simplesmente ele perdeu.

If I had read these comments before, I would not have wasted my time and spent fuel moving from the logging company on Av Ipanema where I am a client.
We called informed that the service is until 18:00. I arrived at the place at 17:50 and the moody (I must have been having a hangover from the weekend) informed me that the office was over, and I should return tomorrow.
The ill-informed do not know that this tomorrow will NEVER come again, as they will never return to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que atendimento péssimo, nem bom dia o senhor que me atendeu foi capaz de falar, o outro no telefone (sem conversar com ninguém), ao entrar na loja, mal acenou com a cabeça, sorriso e boa vontade passa longe da loja. Não volto, afinal não é a única loja de madeiras em Sorocaba.
What a terrible service, not even a good morning the man who answered me was able to speak, the other on the phone (without talking to anyone), upon entering the store, barely nodded, a smile and goodwill passed away from the store. I'm not coming back, after all it is not the only wood store in Sorocaba.

Fui pela tradição e por ter comprado outras vezes com eles, porém o valor é bem acima da média de outras madereiras de Sorocaba, mas a gota de água foi eles não honrarem um orçamento de 4 dias. Resumindo dia 28/10/19 recebi um orçamento de R$ 45 o metro linear, no dia 01/11/19 fui pessoalmente até a madereira para fechar negocio e recebo um novo orçamento com R$ 56 o metro linear, ou seja, 25% de aumento (R$ 270 no total da compra) em um orçamento de 4 dias, sob a alegação de aumento de preço devido a virada de mês, sendo que as madeiras estavam no pátio deles. Fechei em outra madeireira a mesma madeira à R$ 36,80 o metro linear!!!
Attentive seller, but impossible to do business. I went by tradition and bought with them other times, but the value is well above the average of other Sorocaba wood, but the drop of water was that they did not honor a 4 day budget. To summarize on 10/28/19 I received a budget of R $ 45 per linear meter, on 11/01/19 I personally went to the wood to close business and I receive a new budget with R $ 56 per linear meter, ie 25 % increase ($ 270 in total purchase) on a 4-day budget, on the grounds of a price increase due to month's turn, with the woods in their yard. I closed in another logging the same wood at R $ 36,80 the linear meter !!!

Fiz um orçamento que ficou em 13,800.00 na peroba do norte.
O mesmo orçamento em outra empresa no cedro arana ficou em 3,870.00
Uma diferença gritante para duas madeiras que tem os mesmos propósitos e as mesmas características. Se tivesse visto os comentários aqui, não teria perdido meu tempo.
Reparem que eles não dão a miníma para os comentários, ou o dono está dormindo e não muda esses critérios, ou é o próprio dono que deve estar ganhando muito dinheiro e dando as costas para potenciais clientes totalmente perdidos, pois não voltarei e nem indico pra ninguém.

I made a budget that was 13,800.00 in the northern peroba.
The same budget in another company in the cedar arana was 3,870.00
A stark difference for two woods that have the same purposes and the same characteristics. If I had seen the comments here, I wouldn't have wasted my time.
Notice that they do not give the minimum for the comments, or the owner is sleeping and does not change these criteria, or it is the owner himself who must be earning a lot of money and turning his back on potential customers who are totally lost, as I will not be returning nor recommending nobody.
