Pessoal as imagens foram editadas, iremos pedir quebra de sigilo telefônico para comprovar que as ameaças, se é que existiram, não partiram da clínica. A cliente assinou o contrato e fez inclusive a biometria pra validação da operação. A cliente estava com o termo de adesão ao plano de tratamento em mãos e não foi mostrado. Inclusive ofereceremos a segunda via da cópia do contrato a cliente.
Sempre respeitamos nossos clientes e foi editado grande parte das conversas. Inclusive ele não nos deu nem 5 min para elaborar um termo de acordo.
E colocaram 30 min na reportagem. Agimos de boa fé. Quem nos conhece sabe das condições que trabalhamos.

Guys, the images were edited, we will ask for breach of telephone secrecy to prove that the threats, if they existed, did not come from the clinic. The client signed the contract and even performed the biometrics to validate the operation. The client had the term of adherence to the treatment plan in hand and was not shown. We will even offer a duplicate copy of the contract to the customer.
We always respect our customers and much of the conversation was edited. He didn't even give us 5 minutes to work out an agreement.
And they put 30 minutes into the report. We act in good faith. Anyone who knows us knows the conditions we work in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente, quantas pessoas mal educadas que trabalham nessa clínica, tá na cara que rola muita coisa errada ai, todos com medo de aparecer, em uma resolução de problemas temos que identificar o erro e vim com a resolução, agora NENHUM funcionário da clínica teve empatia e nem foi resolver o problema! Parabéns a dona doutora do telefone e eu se fosse você trocava todos, era a coisa mais simples de resolver e se tornou isso por conta de funcionários desqualificados para resolver oque a senhora fez em uma ligação!!

Quiseram se aproveitar por ser estrangeira, entregaram um contrato fechando a clinica para a mesma assinar, pensando que era apenas um contrato de tratamento dentário quando se trava de um cartão, ameaçaram ela por telefone e ainda colocam uma dentista desequilibrada que grita e coloca para fora a reportagem ao invés de somente resolver o caso para a paciente. Eu JAMAIS pisaria em uma clínica como essa para fazer tratamento. Imagina ter o mínimo de problema e ter de passar por isso para resolver? Lamentável
Absurd what they did to Soledad. They wanted to take advantage of being a foreigner, they delivered a contract closing the clinic for her to sign, thinking it was just a dental treatment contract when a card is locked, they threatened her over the phone and even put an unbalanced dentist who screams and throws her out. the report instead of just solving the case for the patient. I would NEVER set foot in a clinic like this for treatment. Can you imagine having the least problem and having to go through it to solve it? Unfortunate

Essa clinica n tem una mínima noção de atendimento
Se n quisessem todo esse problema
Teria ter q resolvida com a senhora(bol) ,pra evitar esse tipo de coisas.
Agor se diz que é uma clinica boa e tem pessoas que respeita o.
Se realmente a clinica é realmente boa
Demita a mulher e mostre ao contrario ,simples.
Ameaçar e ainda n querer resolver o problema de uma cliente.
Não recomendo pra ninguém esse lugar.

Fire the woman and show the opposite, simple.
Threatening and still not wanting to solve a customer's problem.

E aí uma pessoa fala o que quer e todos caem em cima , sem ao menos ir e conhecer ! Força dra Juliana e equipe ! Vcs arrrasam ! Confio em vcs e no trabalho de vcs! Nunca tive problema ! Até em meu implante , tenho respaldo deles até hj!
Wow what a pity these comments! The clinic is made up of good people who worked hard to deliver smiles! And then a person says what they want and everyone falls on top, without even going and meeting! Strength dra Juliana and team! You guys rock! I trust you and your work! I never had a problem! Even in my implant, I have their support until today!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conheço a clínica, mais só vendo a falta de respeito e educação da doutora em resolver apenas o problema, mostra a falta de profissionalismo e ética dela perante seus clientes e o consultório.
Independente de sua nacionalidade ou etnia, todos devem ser tratados igualmente e tendo os mesmos direitos como cidadãos, não importando o lugar que você esteja. A questão da educação e respeito são chaves importantes que moldam o ser humano, coisa que não é vista nessa profissional infelizmente.
I don't know the clinic, but just seeing the doctor's lack of respect and education in solving just the problem, shows her lack of professionalism and ethics towards her clients and the office.
Regardless of your nationality or ethnicity, everyone should be treated equally and have the same rights as citizens, no matter where you are. The issue of education and respect are important keys that shape the human being, something that is unfortunately not seen in this professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa clinica não merece estrella nenhuma. Quiz aproveitar de uma pessoa leiga que não fala nosso idioma e ainda faz ameaças de deportaçâo. Que baixaria essa clinica. Uma dentista super mal educada, sem compromisso com a cliente que estava atendendo. Deveria ser fechado, pelo descanso e abuso com um ser indefeso!
Coitada da cliente. Ainda bem que ela terá o retorno financeiro dela e espero que a dentista não mande executá-la. Assistindo a baixaria dela, tudo pode esperar!
This clinic does not deserve any stars. I wanted to take advantage of a lay person who doesn't speak our language and is still threatening deportation. That would lower this clinic. A super rude dentist, with no commitment to the client she was attending. It should be closed, by rest and abuse with a defenseless being!
Poor customer. I'm glad she'll get her financial return and I hope the dentist doesn't have her executed. Watching her download, everything can wait!
