★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles não tem organização, muito menos consideração pelo paciente, já até tentaram me enrolar dizendo que meus dentes não precisavam mais de tratamento sendo que ainda faltava.
They have no organization, much less consideration for the patient, they even tried to curl me saying that my teeth did not need treatment anymore and that it was still missing.

Para o Hapvida: VERGONHA! O SAC não ter o endereço do credenciado atualizado. 4 meses tentando marcar uma CONSULTA ODONTO. Graças a Deus que não precisei de cirurgia ou internação desse plano desorganizado!

For Hapvida: SHAME! The SAC does not have the updated accredited address. 4 months trying to book an ODONTO CONSULTATION. Thank God I didn't need surgery or hospitalization for this disorganized plan!
