★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite, minha experiência foi péssima, cheguei com o meu dente já quebrado um pedaço porém estava com curativo, fui informada que tinha como recuperar, a dentista fez o bloco e colocou e para finalizar faltava a porcelana, fiquei 6 meses esperando a porcelana que nunca vinha no tamanho certo, chegou mais um dia de colocar a porcelana e com o tempo foi passando o bloco saiu pelo tempo que ficou sem a porcelana e ela lixou meu dente de cima que não tinha nada haver, e na última consulta tbm fui informada que a dentista tinha sido mandada embora e a moral da história agora estou com meu dente aberto podendo pegar alguma infecção. E o outro procedimento era um implante que colocaram errado e estou com um buraco. Informei que não queria mais fazer mais nada lá por medo e queria o meu dinheiro de volta. E me informaram que não seria possível. Agora vai ser resolvido na justiça, não posso fazer nada no meu dente por conta da perícia. Preciso de uma posição da clínica ou meu dinheiro ou vai ser judicialmente.
 Good night, my experience was terrible, I arrived with my tooth already broken a piece but it was bandaged, I was informed that I had a way to recover, the dentist made the block and placed it and to finish the porcelain was missing, I spent 6 months waiting for the porcelain that it never came in the right size, there was another day to put the china and as time went by the block came out by the time it was without the china and she rubbed my top tooth that had nothing to do with it, and in the last appointment I was also informed that the dentist had been sent away and the moral of the story now I have my tooth open and could get some infection. And the other procedure was an implant that was put wrong and I have a hole. I informed them that I didn't want to do anything else there for fear and I wanted my money back. And they informed me that it would not be possible. Now it will be resolved in court, I can't do anything to my tooth because of the expertise. I need a position from the clinic or my money or it's going to be in court.

Tinham que ter hora marcada e não burlar a tal.
Paciente chega lá fica 2 HS esperando.
Os doutores são educados e atenciosos,mas a falta de organização tá de mais.
Atendentes antigas são muito mau educadas.
Niterói não tem dentista bom.
Always crowded place.
They had to have an appointment and not cheat on it.
Patient arrives there and waits for 2 hours.
The doctors are polite and attentive, but the lack of organization is too much.
Old attendants are very rude.
Niterói doesn't have a good dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha foi extrair um dente e simplesmente machucaram toda boca da minha filha. Foi no dia 20.10 está com o rosto todo inchado e não consegue fala.
Esse dentista é um péssimo profissional aliás todos são estagiários e por isso que o serviço é mal feito.
Tenho foto do rosto da minha filha.
My daughter went to have a tooth extracted and they just bruised my daughter's entire mouth. It was on the 20.10, her face is all swollen and she can't speak.
This dentist is a terrible professional, in fact, they are all interns and that's why the service is poorly done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um orçamento, com a doutora Glaucia dizendo que seria atendido nós próximos assim que pagasse. Depois de pagar me fizeram esperar meia hora e não foi dada explicação ☹️. Pedindo o cancelamento do do meu pagamento. FIQUEM LONGE.
I made a budget, with Dr. Glaucia saying that we would be assisted as soon as I paid. After paying I was made to wait half an hour and no explanation was given ☹️. Requesting the cancellation of my payment. STAY AWAY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima. Organização pior possível , coloquei um aparelho que nem precisa usar pq me convenceram que precisava usar, em um ano e meio de uso do aparelho passei por quatro profissionais que fora desligados da clínica e nem se que fui avisada , só me avisavam quando chegava para a manutenção mensal qua o profissional não fazia mais parte do quadro.
Não recomendo pra ninguém, procurem outro lugar onde tenhar profissionais verdadeiramente competentes para tratarem seus dentes.
My experience was terrible. Worst possible organization, I put on a device that I don't even need to use because they convinced me that I needed to use the device, in a year and a half of using the device, I went through four professionals who had been dismissed from the clinic and I didn't even know I was told, they only told me when I arrived for the monthly maintenance when the professional was no longer part of the staff.
I don't recommend it to anyone, look for another place where they have truly competent professionals to treat your teeth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei por 5 implantes desde Dezembro de 2021 e até o momento não consigo agendar para finalizar. Estou aqui novamente 14/03 ... Tinha um agendamento no sábado que foi desmarcado ...agendaram para hoje às 9:00 , são quase 10:00 e não consegui ser atendida ainda.
Péssimo comprometimento com o cliente.
I paid for 5 implants since December 2021 and so far I can't schedule to finish. I'm here again 03/14... I had an appointment on Saturday that was canceled... they scheduled for today at 9:00, it's almost 10:00 and I still haven't been answered.
Bad customer commitment.

Ótimo tratativa de primeiro momento,porém ficar apenas aí.
Fui até a clínica uma quatro vezes e em nenhuma consegui pegar o boleto para fazer o pagamento.
Simplismente pq eles não trabalham com envio de e-mail.
Onde isso nos dias de hj e uma ferramenta básica.
Resumo pagarei com atraso, e eu que banque.
Não indico a ninguém.
E se continuo e simplesmente por conta dos profissionais odontológico Jonathan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho palavras para descrever o quanto a clínica é deixou a desejar, estava super animada porque o primeiro atendimento para a avaliação é bom pois todos parecem empenhados em te atender mas após isso só ladeira, fiz a avaliação e já fiz o pagamento e marquei o horário para poder fazer os tratamentos marquei as 16 horas cheguei 15:40 aí verifiquei na minha "carteirinha" que o valor estava inferior ao que eu tinha pago então fui a atendente é perguntei o porquê ela simplesmente rabiscou e colocou outro valor um valor que batia com o final para a conta dar certo não me explicou ou tentou dar alguma satisfação mas mesmo assim continuei (isso pode piorar é vai) como falei cheguei às 15:40 para o atendimento das 16 horas só consegui atendimento na unidade as 18 horas é foi apenas o primeiro atendimento, não sou de avaliar lugares mas desta vez não pude deixar passar em branco sem falar para outras pessoas a minha experiência.
I have no words to describe how much the clinic is left to be desired, I was super excited because the first service for the evaluation is good because everyone seems to be committed to assisting you but after that it just goes uphill, I did the evaluation and I already made the payment and booked the appointment. time to be able to do the treatments I made an appointment at 4 pm I arrived at 3:40 pm then I checked on my "card" that the amount was lower than what I had paid so I went to the attendant and asked why she simply scribbled it down and put another value a value that matched with the end for the account to work, he didn't explain to me or try to give me some satisfaction but still I continued (it can get worse and it will) as I said I arrived at 15:40 for the 16:00 service I only got service at the unit at 18:00 and it was gone only the first service, I'm not one to evaluate places but this time I couldn't let it go blank without telling other people about my experience.
