Terrible service, they said that my appointment was one day and another, they disappeared with my documentation, receptionist wears a mask under her nose, extremely rude and arrogant manager... I DO NOT RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica péssima meu pai está esperando há 3meses pra por uma prótese dentária, sem conta na falta de respeito que elas tem na hora que liga na clínica desligam na sua cara, vou procurar o procon já que meu pai pagou todo o tratamento e até agora nada.não recomendo pra ninguém só querem dinheiro
Terrible clinic my father has been waiting for 3 months to have a dental prosthesis, without regard for the lack of respect they have when he calls the clinic, they hang up on you, I'm going to look for the procon since my father paid for all the treatment and so far nothing .I don't recommend it to anyone they just want money

Profissionais desqualificados e grosseiros, estão manchando a reputação da clínica. Espero que devolvam meu dinheiro tão rápido quanto foi pra mim pagar por um serviço que espero a mais de 3 meses e só desmarcam as consultas.
I just don't give zero because there's no way.
Unqualified and rude professionals are tarnishing the clinic's reputation. I hope they return my money as fast as it was for me to pay for a service I've been waiting for more than 3 months and they just cancel the appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os dentista são muito legais, e muito profissionais. Más o departamento financeiro na hora de fechar contrato foi uma beleza, me deram até um reembolso mensal por emissão de boleto. Infelizmente recebi só três vezes rsrs, seria bom se fosse verdade. Não vejo a hora de acabar meu tratamento.
Dentists are very nice, and very professional. But the financial department at the time of closing the contract was a beauty, they even gave me a monthly refund for issuing a ticket. Unfortunately I only received it three times lol, it would be nice if it were true. I can't wait to finish my treatment.
