1°) Orcei apenas uma limpeza (R$ 150), mas na ficha colocaram: orçamento 650, pago 150, a pagar 500 (500 referente ao orçamento de clareamento que não solicitei). Insistiram muito que era um documento padrão, que não me cobrariam os 500 e que precisava assinar. Não concordei e pedi que refizessem o documento contendo apenas os 150,00 combinado. Após assinar me deram o contrato, e nele dizia que poderiam me cobrar os valores em aberto. Que surpresa!!
2°) A Dentista realizou a limpeza, mas não fez a aplicação de flúor que havia sido combinado na avaliação. Solicitei a aplicação e ela se negou, afirmou que não havia necessidade e não iria aplicar. Acredito que tenha sido tratado dessa forma pelo desentendimento do contrato. ???
Excellent structure, but I don't agree with the work model and the way I was treated. So I leave my alert!

I did not agree and asked them to redo the document containing only the combined 150.00. After signing, they gave me the contract, and it said that they could charge me the outstanding amounts. What a surprise!!
2°) The Dentist performed the cleaning, but did not apply the fluoride that had been agreed in the evaluation. I requested the application and she refused, saying that there was no need and would not apply. I believe it was treated that way because of the misunderstanding of the contract. ???
