★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de fechar o tratamento e td lindo, porém quando estamos fazendo o tratamento o tempo de espera de uma consulta já agendada chega ser até de 1 hora, mensalidade na manutenção do aparelho só pode ser feita duas mensalidades no cartão (nunca fui informada sobre isso).
E a recepcionista muito mal preparada .

O doutor William dispensa comentários um excelente profissional como também a Doutora Karina uma ótima profissional. Estou muito satisfeita com o resultado do trabalho, profissionais nota 10!!!!
I arrived here at the clinic and was received very well by secretary Vania, Flávia, Sara Ilsa and the entire team. Doctor William needs no comments, an excellent professional as well as Dr. Karina, a great professional. I am very satisfied with the result of the work, professionals grade 10!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente muito decepcionado, no ato da contratação do serviço realmente tudo é lindo e maravilhoso, após ser cliente com contrato aberto tudo começa virar um pesadelo, fui prometido com um tratamento do aparelho auto ligado que custa R$ 150,00 reais ao mês, me passaram que ficaria no máximo de 1 ano à 1 ano e meio e já estou à quase 4 anos com esse aparelho e não vejo mais mudança em nada, já fui informado umas 3 vezes que meu tratamento já estava se encerrando por uns 2 anos atrás e cada vez é uma nova novidade, simplesmente oferecem pacotes anual e semestral sem mesmo saber qual o prazo do tratamento ao total, tudo uma pura enganação, eu pago a mensalidade e tudo é cobrado à parte, se a braquete descola isso é cobrado, sabendo que pagamos para mensalidade eu pago R$ 150,00 reais e só trocam as borrachas e nada mais do que isso. Engraçado que cada cliente tem um tipo de cobrança diferente conheço 2 pessoas que não pagam por mais nada além da mensalidade já estão tudo incluso, porém eu sempre preciso pagar, no dia 29/01/2021 conversei com a doutora no qual fui informado no ano passado no mês de Julho que o tratamento acabava em dezembro de 2020, chegou em janeiro com a última consulta fui informado que não poderia retirar e para o tratamento devido eu por vontade própria realizar um procedimento de implante apenas em 1 dente e sendo assim, a mesma informou que teria que usar o aparelho mesmo realizando outro procedimento totalmente diferente do ortodôntico, sendo assim estou sendo obrigado a permanecer pagando até finalizar o implante.
Não recomendo de jeito nenhum, fora isso já passei por diversos outros problemas, sempre fui um bom cliente sempre paguei minhas consultas e até mesmo antecipada, confiei fazer meu tratamento na Sorridentes por conta do nome e passaram confiança, mas na verdade não passa de uma clinica, fundo de quintal. Tudo combinado entre dentistas e recepção, sem contar que a gerente é nada é a mesma coisa.
Fora quando vai realizar o pagamento no cartão de crédito e sou obrigado à pagar 2 mensalidades, eles não autorizam pagar apenas a mensalidade do mês, sou obrigado a pagar 2 mensalidades no mínimo, sem fazer a segunda manutenção.
Preferia pagar R$ 500,00 reais em mensalidades em outra dentista, mas nesse lugar nunca mais.
Avaliação nota 1 ainda está sendo muito para eles.
Really very disappointed, in the act of hiring the service really everything is beautiful and wonderful, after being a customer with open contract everything starts to become a nightmare, I was promised with a treatment of the auto connected device that costs R $ 150.00 reais a month, me they passed that I would stay at most 1 year to 1 and a half years and I have been with this device for almost 4 years and I don't see any change in anything, I have been informed about 3 times that my treatment was ending for about 2 years ago and each time is a new feature, they simply offer annual and half-yearly packages without even knowing the total treatment term, all pure deception, I pay the monthly fee and everything is charged separately, if the bracket takes off it is charged, knowing that we pay for monthly fees I pay R $ 150.00 reais and only change the rubbers and nothing more than that. Funny that each client has a different type of charge I know 2 people who do not pay for anything other than the monthly fee are all included, but I always need to pay, on 01/29/2021 I talked to the doctor I was informed about last year last July the treatment ended in December 2020, arrived in January with the last consultation I was informed that I could not remove it and for treatment due to my own free will I perform an implant procedure in only 1 tooth and therefore, the she informed that she would have to use the device even if she performed another procedure totally different from the orthodontic procedure, so I am being obliged to remain paying until the implant is finished.
I do not recommend it at all, other than that I have been through several other problems, I have always been a good customer I have always paid for my consultations and even in advance, I trusted to do my treatment at Sorridentes because of the name and they passed on confidence, but in fact it is nothing clinic, backyard. Everything combined between dentists and reception, not to mention that the manager is nothing is the same.
Outside when you are going to make the payment on your credit card and I am obliged to pay 2 monthly payments, they do not authorize you to pay only the monthly fee, I am obliged to pay 2 monthly payments, without making the second maintenance.
I would rather pay R $ 500.00 in monthly fees to another dentist, but never again.
Grade 1 evaluation is still being too much for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu nunca fui cliente dessa clínica, mas vivo recebendo SMS dizendo que minha consulta foi marcada para tal dia e hora; teve um dia que recebi um telefonema as 8 e pouco da manhã, eu estava dormindo, para me dizer que minha consulta havia sido cancelada, sendo que nunca marquei ou fiz consulta com essa clínica. Já mandei um e-mail pedindo para riscarem meu telefone da lista e mandei também SMS, mas nada, hoje, dia 23/06/21 recebi outro SMS dizendo que minha consulta foi marcada para o dia 24/06/21, as 16 horas. Não sei mais o que fazer para essa clínica deixar de me mandar SMS e me telefonar.
I have never been a client of this clinic, but I keep receiving SMS saying that my appointment was scheduled for that day and time; one day I received a phone call at 8.00 am, I was sleeping, to tell me that my appointment had been cancelled, as I never made an appointment or made an appointment with this clinic. I've already sent an email asking them to delete my phone from the list and I also sent an SMS, but nothing, today, 06/23/21 I received another SMS saying that my appointment was scheduled for 06/24/21, at 4 pm . I don't know what else to do to stop this clinic from sending me texts and calling me.
