★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendentes são todas grossas e mal educadas com pouca vontade de fazer o próprio serviço delas parece que estão sendo obrigadas a te atender fora o péssimo atendimento dos dentistas alias a clínica toda está péssima a gestão mal estruturada totalmente decepcionada você gasta um absurdo e ainda é mal atendido não recomendo e se pudesse nunca teria entrado ai
The attendants are all rude and ill-mannered with little desire to do their own service, it seems that they are being obliged to assist you outside the poor service of the dentists alias the whole clinic is terrible the poorly structured management totally disappointed you spend an absurd and it is still poorly attended I do not recommend and if I could never have entered there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tirando pela dentista, dra Taísa(profissional de qualidade), que faz a manutenção do aparelho, o atendimento com outros profissionais deixa a desejar!! A espera é longa. Mandam mensagem avisando que tem um espaçamento de horário entre as consultas por conta da pandemia, mas não é bem isso que acontece na prática!
Apart from the dentist, Dr. Taísa (quality professional), who does the maintenance of the appliance, the service with other professionals leaves something to be desired !! The wait is long. They send a message saying that there is a time gap between consultations due to the pandemic, but that is not exactly what happens in practice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepcionista muito educada, a ortodontista Cíntia muito atenciosa e educada, apenas a Miriam que não me passou empatia e receptividade, gostaria de retomar meu tratamento em uma clínica sorridente mas com certeza não nesta unidade, no decorrer de um tratamento sempre pode ocorrer dúvidas ou imprevisto e a Miriam ao meu ver não irá suprir está minha necessidade.

A Dr. Gabriela, não deveria ser considerada nem dentista e sim uma artista, as facetas ficaram perfeitas e naturais do jeito que falei a ela que gostaria! Tudo feito com muito cuidado e agilidade de toda equipe. Meu marido também realizou um procedimento de limpeza e amou o resultado. Parabéns a toda equipe!
