★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima clinica odontológica, profissionais excelentes, mas realmente como muita gente relata por aqui, as meninas da recepção são muito enjoadas, Deus me livre, não sabem atender a pessoa com carisma, fica a desejar o atendimento delas.
 Great dental clinic, excellent professionals, but really like a lot of people report here, the girls at the reception are very sick, God forbid, they don't know how to serve the person with charisma, you want their service.

Fiz o pagamento antecipado de um tratamento pós avaliação do dentista, depois o dentista voltou atrás e disse que só a extração resolveria, ATÉ AÍ TUDO BEM... o problema é a diferença do valor que paguei a mais e as recepcionistas disseram que NÃO podem estornar a compra e que a diferença vai virar um crédito na clínica para que eu use depois em outros serviços. Provavelmente terei que ir até o PROCON para receber a diferença de mais de R$ 500!
Worst experience of my life. I paid in advance for a treatment after the dentist's evaluation, then the dentist went back and said that only the extraction would solve it, UNTIL THAT WELL ... the problem is the difference in the amount I overpaid and the receptionists said they CANNOT reverse the purchase and that the difference will become a credit in the clinic for me to use later in other services. I will probably have to go to PROCON to receive the difference of more than R $ 500!

Todo mês eu tento ligar pra marcar a manutenção e não consigo , as atendentes ficam lá o dia todo só pra atender e ligar pros clientes informando se os dias que o dentista vai e nem pra isso servem .
Várias vezes cheguei lá no dia marcado e o dentista não estava . Isso é falta de consideração com os clientes , as atendentes são todas mal educadas .
This misery of this clinic is worthless.
Every month I try to call to schedule maintenance and I can not , the attendants are there all day just to meet and call clients informing if the days that the dentist goes and not even for that .
Several times I arrived there on the appointed day and the dentist was not there. This is inconsiderate of customers, the attendants are all rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após ver vários comentários negativos resolvi arriscar e fui para clínica pois estava precisando bastante do serviço, e quando eu cheguei lá fui super bem atendido desde o atendimento na recepção até o atendimento com a dentista. Além da estrutura muito boa. Recomendo e voltarei outras vezes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, nunca vi demorar tanto pra atender. E se você for pobre, nem perca tempo indo lá, porque não vai poder pagar. Eles não deveriam ter uma clinica no Alecrim com esses preços, pensei que só na zona sul tinha clinica pra explorar nos preços.
Terrible service, I've never seen it take so long to respond. And if you're poor, don't even waste your time going there, because you won't be able to pay. They shouldn't have a clinic in Alecrim with those prices, I thought that only in the south zone there was a clinic to explore in prices.
