Visitei toda a parte de esterilização e tudo estava impecável. Senti muita confiança e bastante tranquilidade em fazer o tratamento, além de contar com o respaldo da marca Sorridents. Recomendo a clínica sem sombra de dúvidas.
 I was very satisfied with the clinic's level of care. I was very well attended, the dentists are very competent and are completely safe. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma decepção. Principalmente na parte administrativa. Não cabe aqui tudo que deveria escrever. Fica o alerta, preços altos. Não abandone teu dentista particular para ir para Sorridentes.
Negocie com o teu Dentista.
Para eu ser atendida, após a avaliação, inicialmente tive que pagar a limpeza que iria fazer naquele momento. E para minha surpresa, um contrato a ser assinado de algo que nem faria.
Pedi o estorno e fui embora.
Cuidado!
A disappointment. Especially in the administrative part. Everything that should be written does not fit here. Stay alert, high prices. Do not leave your private dentist to go to Smiles.
Negotiate with your Dentist.
For me to be attended to, after the evaluation, I initially had to pay for the cleaning that I would do at that moment. And to my surprise, a contract to be signed for something I wouldn't even do.
I asked for the chargeback and left.
